************************************** Amount paid: $1200 I hired Mr. ********* to do some brick repair on our house. He came out and said he'd take care of everything. We were scheduled for ***********************. I left the house in the morning and received a call from Mr. ********* around 1:30 saying that "they" are at my house and started the work. I told him that I was heading home now. When I got there I saw 4 or 5 guys working on the house. Mr. ********* left after some time and told me to give the check to Mr. **************. After some time they said they were done, we gave Mr. ************** the check and he left. The same day I noticed that the hole in my brick wall wasn't fixed correctly, the waterproof membrane was also not fixed and there was still a hole in the wall. I contacted Mr. ********* and he said he would send "them" back out. The next day Mr. ************** came back with a bucket of mortar and "fixed" everything. My husband was only present. We left when Mr. ************** left. A few days later I noticed that some of the bricks in my backyard were missing, I checked the camera and saw one of the guys that Mr. ********* hired, take them. He took about 20 bricks, we paid for full material costs. He did not ask us to take the bricks. I immediately contacted Mr. ********* and he said he would call him and have him bring me new bricks. I waited but still have not gotten them back. I also noticed yesterday (*********) that the brick repair was not done correctly and the waterproofing membrane was never fixed either. I contacted Mr. ********* and Mr. ************** and sent them pictures. Mr. ************** said he was going to come back out, remove the bricks and take care of everything, he never showed up. I messaged him and Mr. ********* that I want to have the $1200 back that we have paid for material and labor. The work was not done correctly, they stole the bricks and still charged us full labor and material costs.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/08/12) */ she ask about some brick work and i said could find someone i linked them up and the work got done and she and her husband ok the work and they paid them the next couple days she started complaining. and i ask her why did she pay him if she were not satisfied with the work she could give me a Stright answer. I do not know to say or do just lost for words.
