I have complained about this issue multiple times. My loan application on my car has been lied on. This is fraudulent activity and the business has not at all resolved my issues. The business is also not reporting my payments to*******************. I have directed these concerns to them time and time again and they are still not resolved. I want a refund for all of my previous payments and I want thins bank held accountable for this fraud.Business response

Her payments have been applied appropriately upon receipt and her account has been reported to ****************** accurately. We have reached out to Mrs. ******* multiple times to discuss her account and left voicemails. We are happy to discuss her account with her if she will contact our payment services department at ************. Thank you
