            On *****23 @ 912a, I was contacted via phone by the owner, Bill S**** via ************ to tell me he was placing a lien on my home for a repair that he was contracted by another party. Mr. S**** nor his office ever spoke with me about the job. Exstream Water Solutions has never engaged in a contract with me to perform any services at my home. Therefore he has no basis to harass me about placing a lien on my home nor collecting any charges. If Exstream and S**** were contracted by another party then his issue of collection rests with that party and that party alone. These are unfair and shady business practices at best. He has even begun sending invoices to my home address to another party who DOES NOT and has NEVER resided at my address. Again, shady business tactics by a local company. This needs to be investigated to the fullest and S**** owes me a correction and apology!

            This company is very unreliable. Mr. Swain looked at a project I intended to do and he quoted me for the job. He was given an approval to proceed on or about Sept.**,2021. A projected start date was given for 10/**/2021. I heard nothing thru November of any delay. My customer finally decided to go in another direction on the water problem and I informed Exstream the project was cancelled. Mr. Swain wrote me an e-mail that a 10% cancellation fee would be assessed. I would receive a check for the balance in 10-** working days. That was on December ***, 2021. As of today I have received no refund and I have contacted the company and was assured the money would be issued or I would be contacted. Today is January **rd, 2022.
