The gutters that the consumer had installed are not what satisfactory to the consumer. The rainwater is going behind the gutters and the consumer has asked 3 separate time for the business to come out. The consumer also experienced rude customer behavior from the staff.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/26) */ ********************************************************************************************************** We have not received any calls or requests to go out to the customers home to fix any issues since the job was completed on ******. The only calls we have received from this customer have been for us to use the ********* that he *****. When I told him the business has decided not to use any supplemental ********* that he *****, he became very upset. I have called the customer and let him know we would be happy to come out to look at the gutters and ensure no water is getting behind the gutters. The service was performed over 10 months ago, and we have not been informed of any dissatisfaction until now. He has my personal number as well as the office number. We will make it a priority to come out to his house to fix any issues. Consumer Response /* (3000, 9, 2022/02/04) */ In regards to the reply from The Brothers That Just Do Gutters, this issue had nothing to do with ********* or any other subject. I asked them politely in person 3 times to repair what they messed up and they didn't see the need to even come look at their work until now. Now they're wanting to come after I've complained to the BBB. I've already had the gutters repaired, correctly installed, and partially replaced by another company. As far as I'm concerned, the matter is closed. Business Response /* (4000, 11, 2022/02/04) */ As stated in the warranty information provided, The Brothers that just do Gutters will accept warranty claims 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year by phone or email set forth within the original contract. All claims must be made within the period of coverage and provide the name and address of the Customer a brief description of the damage location of the damage what caused the damage and a number and email address where the Customer can be reached during the day and night. FAILURE TO PROVIDE NOTICE AS SET FORTH ABOVE WILL VOID ANY WARRANTY. A Brothers Gutters representative will contact you within five (5) days to schedule a mutually convenient appointment for an Installation Specialist to evaluate the damage. If, in the discretion of the Installation Specialist, the damage is covered under the Limited Warranty, the Installation Specialist will determine and provide a remediation plan to the Customer. All warranty repairs and/or replacement will be scheduled within two weeks of the date the Installation Specialist provides a remediation plan to the Customer. No warranty claims have been made by the customer, however, since the complaint was made, I have tried to contact the customer three times via phone with no response. If any warranty claims need to be made in the future, please follow the process as outlined in the contract, and we will be happy to take care of it.
