I have had this insurance since 1998, recently diagnosed with ****** and I cannot get them to pay the bill, they told me I as all set and I would have my money by today ****/24, no money I called again, third time, and now they have the ********* report and everything showing I have ******, now they are holding it up again because of no *** ** code the diagnosis is on the report and when I called the place they sent the ********* report, they do not put it on their because the diagnosis is there. Aflac has been taking my money all these years and when I need it they are making excuses not to put the claim through. Awful company, awful customer service. I would not even give them 1 star.Review from Audrey M

Extremely unprofessional company. I have been seeking help with my policies and no one will help me. I have my attempted phone calls and emails along with recordings documented. I have been waiting months and they keep putting me off. I NEED HELP! WHAT DOES IT TAKE RECEIVE HELP!! ALL I WANT THEM TO DO IS CLEAN UP MY ACCOUNT SO I DONT NEED TO CONTACT THEM SO MUCH! I submitted a legitimate claim for ********* therapy to AFLAC. I had 5 days of ********* and they paid for only 4 days despite documentation. Denied my claim without even a letter of explanation. Went around in circles with customer service. Never was able to speak to an actual claims person or a supervisor. ******* ********Review from gina m

Horrible insurance company. I wish I could give this a zero star! I had this insurance for about 2 years. Difficult to make a claim. They denied more than they approve. I was diagnosed with ********. The first year they payed nothing after being in a **** for 3 weeks, icu stay, physical therapy in the hospital and out. 3 month hospital stay. I finally canceled my policy.Review from Jacqueline R

Aflac is a SCAM! This company is the worst!!! They just want your money! You try to submit a claim that they give you the run around! You're missing this paperwork or that paperwork. Forget trying to speak with someone. ZERO Customer Service! No one answers or it just hangs up! Terrible!!! Awful!!!!! I can't believe people actually work for this company knowing that they are scamming hard working people out of their money. They forced me to give them a star rating! long story short...trying to get reimbursed for almost 12 months. Staff is not thorough; I have been asked for more and more documentation. I HAVE BEEN PAYING AFLAC FOR CANCER INSURANCE SINCE 1998. THIS IS MY FIRST TIME FILING A CLAIM FOR ******** ON MY FOREHEAD, AM ** YEARS OLD, HAVE PAID AROUND $8000, SINCE 1998 AND EVENTHOUGH I HAVE SENT EVERTHING THEY ASK FOR THEY CONTINUE TO DENY MY CLAIM. I HAVE TO CONTINUE TO SEE THE DERMATOLOGIST EVERY 3 MONTHS TO CHECK MY WHOLE BODY FOR SIGNS OFF OTHER ******** FOR 2 YEARS.Review from Heather D

I'm on the "do not call" registry, and they keep calling, yet, this company keeps calling my personal cell phone to sell its service to the company I work for. I don't own the company, so to call my personal cell should never happen. I've gotten three calls in two weeks from people cold-calling. I asked the rep how they got my cell, and she said she searched for it online. They call me early in the morning or evening. My father is in the hospital, and my heart stops every time the phone rings. Unknowingly, I pick up these calls. Just to give some background, I've told many reps for the past 10 years that we do not want their service and to please stop calling. The reps state that they are unable to stop as everyone is from a different agency. Now they are cold-calling my cell. When I asked the last rep why he thought calling my personal cell was a good idea, he stated, "Well, you're not responding to me when I call the business." That is insane! This company is officially harassing me now with their workers.Review from Angela F

Worst company in the world!!! Please investigate these this company they are doing dirty stuff to people and are nothing but a scam!!!!!! Stay away from Aflac!!!!!!
