  I entered an agreement with Reginald Mellion of Mellion Landscaping to cut down and haul away 8 trees and fill my flower garden with river rocks in September. On ** September, Mellion landscaping began the work as discussed. On ** Septempber they returned and at the end of that day Mr. Mellion asked if we could pay him so that he can pay his crew because he only pays them cash. Since they were prompt i decided that it shouldn't be an issue. They were scheduled to finish the job the following week. I went a few days without hearing from Mr. Mellion so i decided to reach out about the remaining work owed. He said that he was waiting for the city to remove the cut trees before finishing the work, but that he would do the rocks. The rocks were a separate $1,000.00 so i paid him by check and by *******. It is now ** November and Mr. Mellion has refused to finish the job. The current phone number listed on the site for Mellion Landscaping is incorrect. The new number is ******************

  After moving into to our new home in December, ******** ******* stopped and introduced himself as a Landscaper doing work in the neighborhood. Being tied up with other projects and a busy work schedule, I decided to give him a shot. He quoted $200 per month that would cover complete lawn maintenance. I paid him the first months payment for which he visited twice for maybe a total of 1.5 hrs edging, blowing the drive and pool deck. January rolled around with ******** showing up. At that time, I told him that for what he was paid vs performance his services wouldn't be needed anymore. He promised better service and ask for another opportunity to show just how good his work could be. I agreed to a second try and paid $200 for January. He also quoted $800 to clean up some underbrush, cut trees, and haul away the debris (which I see by other complaints is his STANDARD SCAM amount). I paid $400 to cover Land Fill fees and such. He was supposed to have started the following week (January 11th). Two weeks passed and no sign of ********. I found a neighbor that ******** had claimed to do work for and asked about his services. The neighbor said he had learned to NEVER give him money upfront. Days have turned into weeks of calling ******** and now MONTHS of 1 excuse after another. Now whenever I think about it, I call just to hear what kind of lies and excuses I'll be offered up now. Today (***** ****), just for giggles I gave him a call. Right out the gate the excuses began to fly. He said he would be by this evening @ 6pm. No call and no show. ******** ******* is A LIAR, CHEAT, AND A CON MAN. People like him make it hard for others that are respectable to make a living. Next week, I plan on taking time off to go to the ************ ****** and file papers. People like ******** ******* rely on no one taking the time to hold him to task. More so than the money, I plan on showing him that you can only LIE, CHEAT, AND STEAL from people for so long before you GET CAUGHT!!!!

  On June ** 2021 Reginald Mellion was given a check in the amount of $400. This check was half of the $800 (the total price) to complete landscaping (purchase / plant flowers, provide rocks) at our residence. We were told that this would be completed within a week. After the check was given, several calls were made to Reginald before he came to start on our landscaping project. When he arrived the first time, he only stayed a little while and barely did any work. Several weeks went by and several calls / texts were made before Reginald came back to complete the job. On June *** 2021, Reginald returned to only ask for additional money to purchase more rocks. After Reginald received this check, he never returned even after numerous calls and text messages were made. We had to purchase the rocks and replant some of the plants that were previously planted. We had to spend an additional $400 to complete the job. After additional research, it was discovered that Reginald Mellion has taken others money without completing the job. It was also discovered ************************************************************************************************************************ Reginald must be stopped. He is very deceptive and has not learned his lesson *************************************************
