This company is a complete ripoff they sent me parts I didn’t even order then charged me money to restock them it is definitely a scam

Customers Beware! This is one untrustworthy place to do business with. I ordered 2 Edelbrock fuel filter elements from them and they sent incomplete parts. The kit was supposed to include metal filter and rubber o-ring. They sent one complete kit and one kit missing o-ring. This made it useless. I made contact with customer service to inform them of the situation and they were rude and unprofessional. I would say more arrogant than anything else. I would say that the person I spoke to was downright stupid. They never admitted responsibility and tried to question the validity of the claim. They tried to make it impossible to correct their mistake. They wanted details about what was wrong with the incomplete kit. When they had been provided a picture of the incomplete order. Then the arrogant service started using terms that infuriated me questioning what I thought was missing and what I was claiming was not there. I told them to look at the attached picture on the email and he replied, they don't open attachments from strangers. I told him that the pic was not random since it was a visual representation of what the problem was. I didn't have the time waste with their ineptness and requested a refund. I will more than happy to provide an entire email string of the occurrence. I will make sure I post this experience in every social media site available. If you decide to do business here, you have been warned about their deceptive products.

urchased a $70 ujoint girdle for my car through them on Amazon. The part didn’t fit my yoke as described. When I returned it they only have me 1/2 my refund. When I went to contact them about the issue they informed me that they intentionally stole $35 from me. Awful company and I have to dispute my charge now because their return policy only states that they don’t give a refund if the package is opened of damaged materials

Do Not buy from this company. They often sell defective parts and then will not give full refund. Just don't do it. Find someone else. They will even say nothing is the matter with the part, Tho' there is clearly a defect. I bought a rocker arm that the oiler hole was blocked, the rocker arm requires the oiler hole to be open or the fulcrum will be starved of oil. They said nothing wrong with rocker and will resell it as open package. DO NOT BUY from them!

The representative I spoke to on the phone was rude and lost his cool over a restocking fee that they charged me. He went as far to threaten me with violence if I wanted to come to Georgia no customer service skill what so ever how they stay in business don't have a clue
