      I received my vehicle back yesterday 19 September 2024. As of last monday, it was under there care for three weeks. Before then, it was held for roughly 6-8 weeks. Before that time frame, it was in there for approximately the same amount time, each time with the same existing issue. Since they were unable to solve the problem which was causing my check engine light to come on, the issue grew until my truck needed a engine replacement. They some how “worked their magic” to get the replacement engine covered under a warranty I never had. Through conversation on the phone, I asked the technician “was this issue due to something I did wrong?” He replied with “No, the issue grew bigger over time since it was not resolved at a sooner time.” After continuous status checks of my vehicle I was told the engine would be installed on Thursday and ready for pickup the day after. I received a phone call approximately one hour before the maintenance section closed stating my vehicle was complete and ready for pickup. I drove home, and parked it. The next day I noticed I had no windshield wiper fluids and that my tire pressure was low. I made it to “**** *” for tire pressure and windshield wiper fluids. During that process, I was notified that engine was close to empty on oil. As for now I am only aware of those two fluids being empty. I called today, with just a question. Is it protocol to install an engine and not add oil? He replied with no, and that I should have returned to the maintenance section. At this point, all trust is lost. For those out there who bring your vehicle to this shop, please be careful. I would hate to see anyone feel as frustrated as I am right now.

      I think this place is a major rip-off. I called to get a ball park figure for some work, then I made an appointment. When I went in for the appointment they gave me a completely different price, it was about forty dollars more than what I was quoted on the phone. The work needed to be done so I said go ahead, then when I got the bill it was more than 150 dollars more than what they told me when I got there. Once they do the work you have to pay the bill before you can get the vehicle back. So this place screws you over with all kinds of excuses. How many other customers have they done this to. I will be looking or some place else to take my vehicles from now on. I would recommend to everyone to look for other repair shops to get their work done to. I won't even give this place a one star rating.

      Not surprised!!!!!! Brought my van into fix rear sliding door, made appointment on ***** ** for this repair. Appointment **:** on *** **, ****. Not a single phone call from Tyler regarding progress the entire day. Called service at **:** told it would not be done until next day. Called in am, still no repair, finally called at **:** told them to forget about since apparently not qualified to fix very common problem with these vehicles. Stay away. One star is generous!!!
