Horrible place to do business. They sold us a lemon of a car. We've only had the car for 3 months and have already had to replace or repair parts 4 different time. Because repair needed to be made, out of the three months, I've only driven the car about a full month total of days.Review from Tilder S

I recently bought a vehicle and immediately noticed engine problems the same week. It was bought as is through my bank and my paperwork says it’s warranted until the 16th day. I took the car in before then. First of all they did not want to acknowledge the 16th day, but took the vehicle in. They gave me a loner with a defective tire that could have been a risk, but I didn’t complain. Drove it home and took it back when they said it was ready. I was told by the salesman the coolant was dripping and can cause more damage. That light was not on when I took it so they fixed that, but the main issue was the smoke from the engine and the engine that’s still. Bought a used vehicle from Kevin Green at Rivertown. Did it over the phone and via e-mail from KY. So many things went wrong during the transaction and after as well. I should have walked away when they started pulling a fast one on the financing. Couldn’t understand what was going on with no paperwork, kept being promised it was coming. But I’d decided to bring my own financing so they made it difficult, thus forcing me to finance through them. The car arrived via a shipping company that I hired, I was away with my son at a cub scout event. My wife took delivery. She mentions that there is only 1 key. After the weekend, I call up the dealership and ask about a few things. First the key, second the broken volume knob and the paint damage to the passenger door on the drivers side. They immediately deny the key issue replying, Kevin told you in the first phone call, didn't answer the question about the volume knob and denied the body damage was there. (was it the shipper?) Gotta luv when nobody takes any responsibility. In the moment I basically decided to just move forward with life. It was too far away justify the travel. The next surprise came when I went to plate the car.. it took them right up to end of the 90-day period for them to send the title to our county clerk. What ever games they’re playing, do yourself a favor and find a different car & dealership. The only person that was helpful in the end was their title person Marah.Review from Amir D

I bought an **** with full gas after three days, went to fuel up the gas and the door didn’t open. That means I can’t open the door to fuel up every **** has an emergency string to open it. So that means they knew about the problem and didn’t report or mention it. We took it to an **** service shop with 3 miles left in the car. We reached out to the manger with the receipt to prove. Only after a week they replied and said that he filled it up him self and there wasn’t any problem. The string was missing so that means someone was messing with it.Review from Trina B

Someone need to seriously do some investigation on this place. They cannot continue to rob say hard-working citizens like they do. Where is our leaders our legislators that we can talk to concerning the situation regarding this business. I will be filing a congressional if i can on this business. I brought my truck in for an oil leak, it took them 8 days until they actually got around to beginning work on it and finally stated it was an issue with the front seal. They told me that due to a crankshaft bolt they were having trouble getting off in the process of trying to get to the front seal, there was a 50/50 chance either everything would go well and the seal would be changed OR "it could cause catastrophic engine failure, and you will have to buy a new engine". I was asked if it was okay if they proceed. Of course, I declined and asked to pick up my truck. I was told the next day I could pick it up. Keep in mind my truck was running when I brought it into the service area... The next day I receive a call "Where do you want us to tow it? Because it doesn't run anymore. Engines tend to seize up when they have an oil leak, it's the fault of the last person who worked on it. (I have driven this truck for a year with no issues after having it serviced elsewhere in the past.) They were asked not to proceed and even said they didn't take anything off the day before, yet needed 4 hours to "put everything back together".. when it was towed to my new mechanic the alternator was laying in the bed of my truck. What universe are we living in when you bring a running truck in for an oil leak and leave with a truck that doesn't run anymore? The absolute WORST experience I've ever had. I can't help but wonder how many other people's vehicles they have been negligent with or have bought a new engine when asked. Very concerning and disappointing. I came to this place thinking it was the best in Columbus GA, sadly this is the worst. my Toyota Tacoma was on the wrecker Rivertown would not take it in had to send it to LaGrange Toyota about 50 miles north with a break down this makes no sense and i bought the truck from Rivertown LaGrange Toyota went out there way to repair the truck and get it back to meReview from Barbara K.

Car I bought was misrepresented by the salesman. I should never have taken possession of the car. Will never recommend nor use this dealership for anything. I drove from Newnan Ga to Columbus Ga to get this car. Salesman, Adam lied when he called me, saying car had features I wanted, it doesn’t.i had talked to Adam several times and he knew what I wanted. Remote start, heated seats( my husband is 82 years old, with serious health issues)and leather seats. Adam said car had these features, when I was about to leave, I noticed no control for heated seats, when I asked, Adam so it didn’t have those, at that point I realize I should of refused car, but thought well okay, I can start car early to warm up. If I had not asked Adam would not have told me. i could never get remote start to work so I took the car to Toyota Newnan who said the car didn’t have that feature. I feel because I am a senior and had never bought a car on my own without my husband, I was taken advantage of.Review from Chavon D

Worst experience ever!! Brand new 2022 Camry constantly giving me trouble from stalling to not starting! I’ve been given the run around and now today, they can’t look at my car because they’re backup and I can’t be without a vehicle!! The guy told me 2wks ago that the reason my car wasn’t starting was due to the batteries in the fob, had both batteries replaced and to only have my car not start again! I wasn’t notified ahead of time, I had to call and inquire! This by far is NOT a good experience with this location nor Company. This is ridiculous, inconsiderate and unacceptable to have a new car with this many issues and no help/results!Review from NIKUNJ P

NOT HELPFULL PEOPLE WORKING OVERTHERE IN ONE DAY I NEED HELP I CALL 24 TIME FOR HELP NO BADDY THERE TO PICKUP PHONE AND ANS TWO TIME THEY PICKUP AND AFTER THEY NO MY NUMBER WHOLE DAY I CALLING NO BADDY ANS MY PHONE I CALL FROM DIFFRENT NUMBER THEY PICKUP ONE TIME AND PUT ME ON HOLD
