I'm asking for an itemized bill and the refund that's left on my account. I was a patient at Midtown Ob/gyn since 4/11/2023 Made a payment of $343.86 for my first appointment & payment plan of $1300 x5 totaling $6500 for deductible deposit * *** * **** ** *******. 11/16/23 Went for check up and asked about the bill, was told it will take a while 12/27/23 Went for annual checkup, asked about the bill again, was told not ready 1/24/24 Called & left voicemail 1/29/24 1:24pm Missed a call from the office, no message was left Called back the office, couldn’t get a hold of the person who called me Left a voicemail 2/9/24 Called & left voicemail 9:14am Renee from billing Dept called back at 9:51am & checked my account. She said everything has been cleared & she will put in a refund request. $5k+. I was told I will need to pick up the check from the office & they will call me when it's ready 2/29/24 three weeks since the request has been made, still nothing Called the office and left a message at 12:09pm Renee called back at 3:47pm and said she will check what is going on with her supervisor who is in the office, said will call me back She did not call back 3/1/24 Called & left voicemail 8:34am no call back 3/2/24 Called & left voicemail 8:43am No call back 3/4/24 Called & left voicemail 11:17am No call back 3/5/24 11:13am Called the office & talked with Tori, explained issues to talk to the manager, Kay. I was told Kay is in a meeting I asked to talk to Renee, she's not in the office. I asked to talk to someone in billing department, she's on lunch I asked Tori to leave me a message for Billing Dept to call me back because I did not want to leave a voicemail that nobody checks or returns 3:40pm still got no calls from anyone. Tried to call the office to talk to someone, went to voicemail. Left voicemail to talk to the office manager Kay. No call back. 3/6/24 Called and left a voicemail at 12:16pm Left ******** message 12:20pm No call back
