Disgusting! I ordered two rib plates. (24.00) The ribs still had the membrane attached. The membrane actually became jammed in my throat. It caused me to vomit that day and the next. The sauce was simply poured over and not cooked into the meat. I paid 7.00 for canned beans that sugar was simply poured into. These people should be put out of business.

Hello,
We have 4 locations. I am not sure which location the customer visited. I am sorry for the customers experience not being satisfied. Our goal has always been to provide the "Best Food at the Best Price with the Best Service". It would have been great if this experience was brought to our attention to rectify. All Baked beans are from a can . Our sauce is not cooked into the meat. The sauce is prepared to go over the meat or on the side as a preference of the customer.
It is posted in all locations , if a customer is not satisfied they are able to receive a refund or order another item from our menu. I sorry we did not meet or exceed the customers expectations. The customer is welcome to visit anyone of our locations for a refund or order another item from our menu which is our company policy.

Conveniently, the actual restaurant that I did visit on *******************, Columbus, GA ***** was not mentioned in the Business Comment and I did list this in the original complaint. Three out of the four Chester Locations were listed. Nor was the fact mentioned that the rib's membrane was still attached. I am sorry too; but, Chester's will never see me again!Chester's Barbeque Response

As previously stated, we are sorry and wish the customer could have brought it back to Rectify the dissatisfaction. I am not sure what the customer saw referencing it as membranes. So I can't speak on it. However, moving forward we will make sure that there is no membranes or anything that may look like membranes attached to the ribs. Again , we are deeply sorry and best wishes.
