      5 hours waiting on a tow for a car that was having engine trouble. Finally just drove it after losing hours of work i could have taken. Luckily we are on a test run for the premier. Definitely wont continues it. there are other companies that pay their IC's enough to do work

      I was deemed “non renew” with no explanation and no process for appeal of even knowing the circumstances!!!!!! How is that possible that you literally ostracized my entire family for a reason that is sooooo secretive that and we’ve done something soooo bad that we cannot be renewed. I had even a member since way before 2008!!! Since the late 80’s so thanks for nothing!!!!

      ZERO STARS!!! On July 5, 2023, my husband broke down on the highway (I-75) in Sarasota. We live in Wesley Chapel, which is a long drive but within the 100 mile towing for AAA Plus members. AAA told him they would send a truck. Then they called and said they couldn't find anyone to haul the vehicle that far. Pretty much, they told him he was on his own. I had to drive down there to pick him and the other 2 passengers up, take him home so he could borrow a trailer, then he had to drive back to Sarasota, load the vehicle himself, and take it to the mechanic. I've been a AAA Plus member since 1995 and this has been such a disappointment. When I called to speak to a manager, I waited 50 minutes on hold. When the manager answered, he said his name but I didn't hear him. I asked him what his name was again and he said he already said it and wanted my name. (Very rude!) I told him I wanted to make a complaint for my husband, since he was working. He said he would have to speak to him only to take the complaint. When I asked to speak to HIS manager, he said there wasn't anyone I could speak to above him. I told him my membership just renewed on July 1st and I wanted to cancel and get a refund. He said since it was more than 72 hours, he couldn't give me a refund. It was 4 days. He should have been able to refund me and cancel my policy. When I said "this is bullsh*t" he was ready to hang up on me. That is the only time I cursed. I never had this much frustration with this company for the 28 years I've been a member. I will be cancelling my membership and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone again!

      AAA is the worst. I called for a tow. I waited 3 hours, I called again, they said they would try again. I waited 2 more hours , I called again they told me they were still working on it. An hour later they called me back to say they cancelled it because they couldn’t find a tow. My husband called them the next day to cancel our plan and get a refund. We just renewed it 6 weeks ago. They said they don’t give refunds they just cancel the plan and you are out the money. Be very careful about joining AAA. We were members over 14 years.

      If I could i would give AAA no stars. I previously had AAA for 18 years prior. I let them go because the prices increased and I didn't want to pay . I just recently on Sept 2022 returned last year. Keep in mind I've only called 2x since I've had the service . It has been nothing but a headache. In October of last year I scheduled a service for my car to be picked up to be taken to the dodge dealership. I called first thing that morning . I notified roadside assistance and let them know that the car had been lowered a little they stated no problem. I waited about a hour which was ok . Once the driver arrived he stated he couldn't transport the car because he may cause damage. I explained to the driver that i let them know that and they were suppose to have a flatbed instead. He then informed me that i would have to be in another request . So I did I had at the time 2 1/2 to get to the dealership the car was not drivable. I waited an 1 1/2 hour and heard nothing I called again and they said they still are looking for someone with a flat bed. 2/12 hours I called back and they said they still couldn't find one. I then cancelled the towing and called the dealership to reschedule. They totally did not care. March 1st another car would not start and I was stranded at the gym I called AAA they told me that someone would contact me 1-2 hours I received a call 1 hour later stating they were still looking for someone. Please keep in mind this is a totally different car from before. After 2 hours I called and a young lady gave me 3 options; continue to wait, schedule my own tow company and they may reimburse me up to a certain dollar amount, or schedule for a pick up for tomorrow and I wouldn't have to wait they would just take the car where needed to go. I told her let me think about it and I'll call right back called back i wanted to schedule pick up the guy said they didn't do that I ask to speak to the manager . At that time I called my insurance usaa saved

      I was stranded for 4 hours. The driver went to get his truck fixed. He never responded or let me know it would be a longer time. He didn't return correct where are you?? My car was running with groceries and a very limited time to be home. You really let me down. My meat's we're uneatable,my ice melted and my health totally shot standing outside in the sun at 1230 pm- 400 pm. I still have no one showing up and because I was upset they refused my calls.. I'm disabled senior citizen on limited income. This day cost much more than money. It reinforced my wisdom that basically you can't be trusted to provide me with safe car issues.

      If I can give NO STARS at all, I WOULD! I filed a complaint last ***** 2022 regarding non-renewal for disproportionate use of services when I hardly max out each year and I pay the PLUS membership. Someone from AAA called me and apologized and PROMISED that they will credit my 5/1/2022 membership. I called today and spoke to their customer service and I don't have any membership and it's not renewable!?! Not even my daughter who lives in the same household - cannot apply since we belong to the same household?!? What a terrible roadside service this is? You'll break down and it will take them 3-5 hours to come or NOT EVEN SHOW UP ALL like what happened to us in ***** 2022, no follow -up or whatsoever. I would not dare get this folks!!! A big warning to all! Get **** ***** or your insurance's roadside assistance! Read to all the complaints here and reviews!!! Don't say we warned you!

      Service is non existent. They will leave you stranded for hours with no updates then close the ticket without notifying you. Starting a roadside assistance case is difficult to impossible and even if you are able to get that far, consider my first statement. Your time. Your money. Your peace of mind. All wasted on this company!

      AAA failure to provide service as promised. AAA left me stranded on a 2 lane dark road at 11:00 pm. I am an 85 year old woman, was alone, driving home when my car died. Called AAA. They told me a tow truck would be there in about 1 hour About 25 minutes later they called and said they could not locate a towing service and did not know when they would be able to find one to come to my assistance and suggested I call 911. They advertise 24/7 help and state that they will never leave you stranded, but that is exactly what they did. By 10:30 the next day I still had not heard from AAA! I then called a local towing truck to tow my car to a garage and cancelled my request to AAA.

      Don't expect assistance in a timely fashion - Still waiting for tow after 19 hours
      I joined in April 2022 for my daughter & myself. My car overheated, pulled into a church parking lot 5 minutes from home and car shutoff. Time to use AAA for a tow to my mechanic. It was 3:30pm ********* Got provided a case #XXXXX at 3:39pm and was advised it would be 179 minutes. Received a text that they would arrive at 4:15 which never came. Called AAA 4:52pm and they advised the assigned provider would call me when they were dispatching to me. 6:14 received a call from provider, they were on the way and would be there to tow me in 20-25min. They never came. At 7:10 called provider back on the phone number but no response. Called AAA at 7:32 and was on the phone for 25 minutes explaining that I had been sitting there for 4 hours, it was getting dark, there was light traffic & I am a woman alone in a parking lot. They apologized and offered some compensation and option of calling my own towing service BUT more importantly they offer to have someone pick the car up if I would leave the car with the keys hidden. I agreed so that they could have my car to the mechanic by the time he opened his shop. They would call me when dispatched to get the car. Took a **** home. Well ****** 12:32AM assigned for dispatch , never picked up. Called at 7:48am and complained. Received apology and they would work on getting resolution. It is now ****** @ 10:06am, My car is in the same place it was at 3:30pm on ******* Beware that when you are in need that this service may not be able to provide service. Use at your own risk. Have an alternate towing provider because they are Roadside Unassistance.
