On May, 19, 2022 I placed an order for a firearm. The order amount: $2,999.99. Prior to placing the order, I confirmed with the staff of the vendor that the time for delivery shown on the website (8 -12 weeks) was accurate. ****, Masterpiece Arms answered in the affirmative.On July 13, 2022, I sent an email to the vendor requesting the delivery status. I was told by vendor's staff the firearm would be completed in month of August.August came and went. On September 12, 2022 I wrote to the vendor telling them to cancel the order because the delivery was already 5 weeks late. In that cancellation email, I said I expected a full refund.On August 13, 2022, vendor responded there would be a 20% charge for order cancellation. This is wrong. I did everything correctly. Paid in advance. Communicated with vendor. Vendor did not deliver as agreed therefor I should receive full refund. Vendor has refunded 80% of purchase and is withholding $600. I think I should receive the full refund, no holdback.
