I bought a truck 2/17/2024. The truck was not paid off until 4 /16/2024. I got harassed by the leun holder every day and my credit dropped over 150 points. I a got refinanaced immediatly at a lower rate. I asked for the gap to be cancelled. They said it was cancelled and check went to the bank. I called the dealer multiple times and drove back to *******. They assured me all was well and my credit wouldnt go down. I called the gap insurance today 5/15/2024band was told nothing was cancelled. I will cancell it myself. The dealership dosent take any responsibilty, ignores all calls , lies and stressed me terribly for months. I contacred ***** the manger. No response. I contacted **** the finance and only time he called me is when i said i was contacting BBB. It truly was a nightmare and I no longer have excellent credit. Who is going to fix my record ? My time? The money lost on gap insurance ? Its desqusting. Irresponsibily 100 %. I have been put on hol for 40 minutes many times. The last time i gave the receptionist the message. BE WARE !Business response

The vehicle purchase process was followed in accordance with Georgia law and was completed in a timely manner. Some delays may have occurred due to the customer's credit profile and payoff of their trade, but nothing unusual or out of the ordinary. The customer's credit was affected after purchase due to the reporting of their purchase, which is standard procedure for lenders and credit reporting agencies and is not within Auto Gallery CDJR's control. The customer failed to make payments to his previous lender while his payoff from this transaction was being processed, which affected their credit score, once again, not within our control. Auto Gallery CDJR does not report to credit agency's, nor do we control how they adjust credit scores, only the customer's payment history can influence their score, and the customer is in control of that. There is no possible way to resolve this customers complaint, as we were not responsible for the cause of his credit dropping, the customer was. The customer can seek further education and information on how the credit reporting system works, and perhaps that will resolve his confusion.

I scratched the lottery ticket like ad. It says I won a 2023 dodge charger sxt valued at $35,825. I called the hotline and asked if this was a scam/trick. They said they do this as a promotion I asked if i come down there will i be leaving with a 2023 dodge charger, she said youll leave with a prize. On the bottom of the ad it says no submission to sales presentation necessary and no purchase necessary. As soon as i get in there he begins to talk about loan officers giving good deals and asking what kind of car i have to trade in. I mentioned it says no sales presentation and id just like to collect my prize of the dodge charger. He then says no it says youll receive one of the prizes. However on the scratch off it says try again on all of the the other prizes but says winner on the dodge charger. I had no reason to believe that i had won anything other than the dodge charger. I then wanted to see him input the invitation code in for transparency but he wouldnt allow me to watch him enter it and kicked me out of the dealership. He cussed me out and said I was the one that fell for it as if it were a trick. As I leave the latino employee threatened to fight me.Initial Complaint

We had the 2018 Crysler ******** towed to Cryler Dodge in Floowood Ms. *** to vehicle would not start. The service person name was *****. He called and said they could not start vehicle unless they replace the battery and starter to see if that was the problem. After placing both the battery and starter on vehicle it did start. We picked up the vehicle after paying *******. We drove the vehicle home and again the vehicle did the same thing it did not start. We called the company back and spoke to Mr. ***** again about the vehicle would not start and we was told to bring back to let them honor the warranty on the parts that was replaced. We had towed the vehicle back to Crysler to learned that they would not honor the parts that was warranty. We feel that they should honor the parts that were paid for and warranty.Initial Complaint

My truck has been at the dealership for 6 weeks un-drivable with a recall, I was instructed that there will be no parts available until the 4th quarter of this year to fix it. So I'm stuck making payments for something I can't even driveInitial Complaint

I was having issues with my radio 2021. I took my jeep to Auto Gallery. They told me I needed to replace my radio. I paid for it on 3/3/2021 but they did not put a new radio in until 3/30/2021.6/15/2022 the same exact issue happened with my radio. I took it back to Auto Gallery on 6/30/2022 since they did not have an appointment until then. They looked at my vehicle again and they state its my radio again. They want me to pay 500 to replace it again. They state that it is not under warrantee because of the mileage. If the same thing is happening again there was an issue already with the radio. A radio shouldn't last 15 months.Business response

I sent this to Auto Gallery BBB. If you look at previous receipts you will see 2 different names.
I have attached the warranty information that I received from jeep stating that it is still under warrantee.
As long as it was put in by A Jeep dealer it is warranted for 2 years unlimited mileage.
It is under 2 years.

You are correct, You have two tears on it. Bank Crossing sold the dealership to Auto Gallery. If you would like to bring it to **************** you are more than welcome too.

By the original receipt it shows that Banks crossing did the original assessment. Paid for the radio through Banks Crossing.
Auto Gallery receipt shows that it was installed with them which means they are the ones that are liable to fix the radio that is under warrantee
per Jeep. When I filled out the response I filled out that it was Auto Gallery that refused to fix my radio and wanted me to pay for another one.
My dispute is with Auto Gallery not Banks Crossing.
Please reach out to Auto Gallery per my dispute.

I am rejecting this response because:Per the paperwork that was sent to me the radio is under warrantee. If they refuse to do anything than this issue can be left on their record with the better business bureau. I will be speaking with the ********************* again that Auto Gallery is not going by what there warrantee states
