Good Afternoon, I am a resident of ************ Subdivision in *********, ** and Id like to know if you could advise me on an issue I have. My husband and I decided to use one of the lawn care companies ( EJ LANDSCAPING LLC ) that services our subdivision and now were wishing we hadnt.Our first experience with them will ultimately be our last. Im not sure if theres any guidance or assistance that could be given on this but at this point any direction you could give would be beneficial.The lawn service itself was fine.However during the process of EJ Landscaping LLC servicing our yard their lawn equipment hit a rock which kicked up and knocked a hole in our rear family room window.I work from home and watched out the window as they completed the service.One of the workers then took the rock from my yard and threw it up the hill into my neighbors yard. That didnt sit well with me but I admittedly didnt plan to retrieve the rock from their yard.Once the service was complete I came downstairs to find a hole in my window. My husband and I tried several times to reach the company to advise what had happened only to get a text back hours later stating that the damage wasnt caused by them and that the hole was in my window when they arrived. We were then advised we would receive a call back once there was better reception to discuss further but; Of course there was no call back and subsequent calls and text have now gone unanswered. I fear that this will happen again to others in the neighborhood and they too would be left to foot the bill for something that was not their fault. We gave them a chance hoping to use their services in the future but I have no plans to ever use them again nor will I refer anyone to their business. Were now stuck with a almost $400 repair. This is no way to treat those who support your business.Please advise if you have any advice on what we could possibly do to rectify this and protect others in our community.
