In early August this companys plumber came to my home to install a water line. On August 12, the water was very slow and low pressure. The company sent the plumber back out and he checked the faucets and took the aerator off the tub and master sink and told me to clean them. On August 13, I was cleaning the other side of the house and heard a noise. I didnt know what it was and checked throughout the house and found nothing. I went to the garage where the water heater was and found the plumbers gloves but no leak. I went outside and saw that the back faucet were the temporary water line had been connected was fully running. The splitter used in the line was still attached and that side of the yard was flooded. Moreover, the master sink he loosened the aerator on flooded and leaked. I immediately contacted the office manager and told her the problem via email and insisted my bill be paid when it came because I did not have a water bill but outstanding credits on my account. She agreed to pay the bill. Last week when I presented the bill for $286 and some change, she demanded 3 prior bills. I dont know why because all the bills reflected credits not amounts owing. I told her the bill was due on September 15. After contacting her again a few days ago, she says they will pay $206 and some change next week! The bill will be late then causing a $10 additional fee and how they came up with this calculation is ludicrous. All my bills since my water heater replacement been credits due to high water bills I was paying and I asked for a rate adjustment. They also refused to pay the $75 plumber fee. They have no right to dictate to me &leave me in debt based on their employees negligence which they are fully liable for! Why should they be able to use my credit to reduce the amount they owe. I cannot incur further debt, have my water cut off due to their dismissive inaction &. their employees negligence. I recently had a kidney transplant & do not need this **************
