I purchased a vehicle 2/2023 and the before I could make my first payment they informed me that the title was salvaged so I went back 2/27 and got another vehicle and was told the first payment wouldnt be due until 3/31/2023 because they switched my car out. When I was inspecting the vehicle at the dealership I asked was it mold in the backseat ******(the salesmen) informed me that it was dust well the next day my kids were eating ********* and put the cup holder down and it had webs of mold and i immediately wrote them and told them I wanted my money back because I wouldnt have time to drive back to GA Im a travel stylist and I was booked up the month of March. ******* (another saleswoman) told me they would be able to reimburse me only up to $150 because thats how much it would cost them to remove the mold. And she would give me a call back when the owners finalized that offer NEVER CALLED BACK me and my mom called multiple times with promises to call back and no one did. Until the payment was due then they could communicate effectively so I asked could they take off the $150 and i would make my payment or could I give them the car back and come and get my money because that is what I wanted to do since 2/28/2023. Well yesterday my car was repossessed after only being 19 days late because *** who is over collections failed to call me and my mother back when she promised to call back last week. All i wanted was to be treated fairly and they played and scammed me Im a single mom with two kids and a business to run Im missing out on money because I can no longer travel to my clients and Ive had to send back over $300 in travel fees because I CANT TRAVEL.
