We had a sunroom added to our home and the work was preformed and completed by Carters Home Improvement out of *******, **. **************** and company came out, looked at the sight, gave an estimate and also gave the approximate length of time it would take to complete the work required. The work was completed in a timely fashion. They also installed an additional item for me that was not a part of the contract. On the final inspection, items of concern were pointed out and they came back the very next day, cleaned up and completed the items in question. I am very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Carters Home Improvement very highly.*****************************Review from Kevin b.

******** Home provided excellent service all around from work provided timeliness and keeping schedules to prefect customer service ******** Home, I would give best recommendations They remodeled bathroom, new everything. Also fixed leaking plumbing in basement definitely would recommend for any service they provide.Review from Tangela S

This business has horrible service. ************ was very mild mannered. He was highly recommended by the electricians that was installing lights in my home. This company was to install new ceiling in living room, kitchen and hall. He was to open up some of my entry way. The hall area looks great. The larger areas are a mess. The entry was really bad. he did not know what he was doing. He literally tore up my walls and made a mess. I offered the chance for ************ to fix the issue. He offer me $200.00 off the balance due $1100.00. I was offended as I declined his offer. ************ never showed up to correct or address my concerns. I terminated our agreement due to lack of performance. He threaten to *** me. I had to pay someone else to come in and fix his mess. This caused me more money. The really sad part about all of this ************ was more concern about his reputation than making sure that I was a satisficed customer. I cc my concern in email to the person that referred him/his company. This is a dishonorable person.Think twice before using this business. If I could give a negative 5, I would.
