Dear ***/*****,I am writing to file a complaint against ************************* owner of Falcons Remodeling Inc., parent company Property FixPro, with your organization. I engaged the services of ************************* for a home renovation project in September 2022. ****************************** $6,000 cash plus ********** credit of $1,434.26 Unfortunately, the contractor has not delivered on their promises, and I feel that their conduct is unethical and unprofessional.My complaint centers on several issues, including poor workmanship, project delays, and inadequate communication. Despite paying a substantial amount of money, as of 4/11/2023, hasn't started the work, and I am left with an unfinished renovation and a home that looks like a dump site.The contractor has also been unresponsive to my requests for updates and explanations, and I have been left in the dark about the status of the project or a refund of money paid. This lack of communication has caused significant inconvenience, as I have had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate the contractor's delays.I have attempted to resolve these issues with the contractor directly, but they have not been willing to address my concerns. As a result, I am now seeking assistance from the Better Business Bureau to resolve this matter.I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take appropriate action to resolve this issue.
