I hired (8/21/23)Turf Champions to do a concrete patio extension in two different parts of the yard. The job was supposed to be completed in two days (8/23/23). Well this did not happen at all. The project was pushed back several times by the company owner, whether the reason was the weather, or no workers or just no contact at all without explanation. During the project time, the owner kept requesting funds without completing all work that was to be done. I had a hard deadline that the project had to be completed September 1st. This was made extremely clear to the owner and with rain that deadline was missed too. I had an event on September 13, ********************************************** the first place. Well after being persistent and demanding they finally laid the concrete on that day. My event was missed, the concrete was unleveled and the retaining wall was busted from the machinery. Worst of all, when I moved here I had to get a gate built to secure my backyard. When they came to lay the concrete down, they removed the gate to bring the bobcat in. Well after they left no one put the gate back together. I tried contacting owner after that day and he did send workers over to fix the wall and they did not replace the gate. I asked 3 seperate times when someone would come back and never received a reply. Its extremely unprofessional to not answer your client and to extend project dates and times without consent and with no communication. Im stuck with a project that is still unfinished because I need the concrete to be leveled, have a rain off drain added (this was verbally discussed) and to have someone put my fence back together. Also, my security camera in my backyard has been stolen due to the gate being open. The only resolution to this is a refund because now I have to pay someone else to fix my patio and repair the gate. I have a text communication as proof and video footage of the company workers on my property.
