Between the dates of 8/11/2023 and 8/14/2023, a Southeast Connections LLC team was identified doing work in the right-of-way next to my mothers property at **** ********* *** ******** **. No warning was given nor was permission asked. They used our yard to turn their equipment around and had a trailer parked in our yard (Not within the right-of-way), and caused damage to the landscaping. This caused disruptions to my family as they were having difficulty getting in and out of the property, were being stared down by the contracting team, and our dog was very upset and anxious. Furthermore, they had no right to use our property outside of the right-of-way, especially without permission. Furthermore, they left equipment in the right-of-way of my mothers property over the weekend without notifying us of their intentions whatsoever. Pictures have been attached of the company logo on equipment, damage to the property, and proof of a trailer and workers being on the property without permission. I attempted to contact the company, but no number for the local regional office could be found. After attempting to contact the cooperate office, they directed me to a disconnected number that was supposedly for said office (Fayetteville North Carolina.)Business response

On November 2, 2021, I was driving northbound on McDonough Blvd SE Atlanta, GA, on my way to work. Two front tires were compromised due to 2 large cuts in front of 340 McDonough Blvd SE. There were no plates and the cuts were left unsafe and unfortunately causing damage to my car. I had to take off work, call for a tow truck and pay out of pocket $1,12.17 for two tires and an alignment. I originally filed a claim with the City of Atlanta but was advised this was not on the City but on SE Connections, LLC. My claim was denied with City of Atlanta and Investigator Eric Williams with City of Atlanta forwarded my claim to SE Connections on July 27th. I have not heard anything from the company and seeking reimbursement. Attached is everything I sent to City of Atlanta Claims department. Includes pictures, receipts, my vehicle registration and police report case number.Business response
