9/20/2022 I contacted the owner of an off-market home and made a verbal offer to purchase the home. 9/22/2022 I contacted a buyers agent to write the contract for the off market property and forwarded offer. The seller of the off-market property said that his friend ***************************** said he was willing to review the transaction on behalf of the seller. So the offer was forwarded to ******* Classic Realtor agent *****************************. Prior to ***************************** acting as the seller agent the agreed upon seller compensation was $620,000; after ***************************** entered as seller agent he made false claims that the property was in pristine condition and worth well of $745,000 and needed no repairs, so he countered with a sale price of $642,000. I relayed via my buyers agent to *********************** that the seller already agreed upon a price and that we would not be increasing the price solely for the purposes of increasing his potential compensation. **** then agreed to allow the seller to move forward with the previous agreed upon compensation terms. 10/19/2022 The inspection returned 18 minor issues and 1 major safety issue of severe cracking on load bearing portions of the foundation. 10/20/2022 A structural engineering company was called to ***** the cost of the repair. The repair estimate was $14,980. *********************** relayed that he was aware of the foundation cracks and explained that when the house was built, "a delay caused the concrete to be poured 3hrs apart instead of at one time", and that the cracks had been there for "years" with no issues. *********************** voluntarily admitted that he knowingly withheld knowledge of major structural damage which is fraud. Due the *************************** fraudulent misrepresentations, I and my co-borrowers have been financially harmed due to the fact we vacated our primary residence, put it on the market, and passed on other available purchases at interest rates that are no longer available, costing us tens to hundreds of thousands.Initial Complaint

Realtor ****** but my house under contract for sale by owner ,he didnt tell the seller anything , she broke my contract they he became the listing agent
