      This complaint is in regards to Premier Roofing and Siding (PRS) LLC., causing damage to both of my air condition systems. They are located at *********************************************************************On or about 24 August 2023, PRS construction workers nailed holes into both of my house air-conditions units attic copper pipes while replacing my roof. The nails caused the units to lose pressure and refrigerant. Subsequently, the air-condition repairmen PRS hired to repair the holes in the attic copper pipes, introduced the wrong refrigerant into the systems causing the units to malfunction. They used 407C refrigerant in a R22 refrigerant system without adhering to proper protocol. The downstairs unit is totally inoperable and the upstairs unit is making a loud noise and not cooling as in the past. I was advised by Bardi Heating and Air. And subsequently, *********************** that the upstairs unit is about to become totally inoperable also because it is not operating and cooling at full capacity.I emailed PRS, called and spoke to ****************************************************** ***************************. Ms. ******** said she received the email. No one from PRS have contacted me to resolve the situation.My desired resolution is my air-conditioning units repaired by a reputable company ASAP. BBB, please advise on what courses of actions are available to me. Or should I seek resolution through the Magistrate ******

      Premier Roofing and Siding, LLC installed a new roof on the home of ******************. Our policy has never been to inspect attic for **** pipelines prior to roof installation. The **** pipelines would have been undetected if an inspection was done due to the builder of the home covering the pipelines in attic. As a courtesy, the roofing subcontractor contacted a **** company that they knew to complete the **** repairs and was paid in full $2200 by PRS for the completed work. Per ****************, ****************** was provided with their contact information for any further issues and has never contacted them since they completed the repairs at his home. Premier Roofing and Siding, LLC have never represented itself as a **** company and any further issues ****************** is having pertaining to his **** should be referred to the said company that completed the work previously. No further action from Premier Roofing and Siding, LLC will be taken regarding this matter as ****************** has been advised to contact ****************.

      On 7/6/2022 we signed a contract with the company to install new black GAF Architectural Asphalt shingles on my house as part of an insurance claim. Included in the signed contract was to install underdecking system. On or about 7/18/2022 a team of workers came to begin removing my old roof material. Later that day the material for the new roof came but the company tried to install a different manufacturer's material. The shipping manifest had my name, address on it so there was no mistake as the claimed. Since then there is still work that needs to be completed per the contract that the contractor has refused to take care of. We have sent numerous emails, phone calls and messages only to have them ignored by contractor.It has also been brought to my attention that the contractor forged my signature on 2 insurance checks instead of presenting the check for my real signature. One check was dated 6/21/2022 and the second on 7/20/2022.

      Premier Roofing and Siding, LLC is open to resolving whatever complaint this customer have. In regard to the shingles that were originally sent at first, it was determined to be a mistake by the supplier for shipping out the incorrect brand and not PRS fault. The supplier was immediately contacted, apologized about the error and expeditiously shipped the correct brand of shingles which was then installed. 

      Additional work such as chimney repairs were outsourced to 3 contractors, however, the repairs were refused by the contractors due to the chimney height and risks involved in doing the repairs. As far as the under decking system, the scope of work that PRS was willing to do was not appeased by the homeowner. The homeowner was then asked to provide a cost for the under decking in which a cost of $4500 was provided; that cost was more than what PRS was willing to agree to.

      PRS dealt with the assigned Public Adjuster in regard to said checks. Integrity, reputation and customer satisfaction is what PRS prides itself on and would be willing to a resolution in resolving this matter.

      The contractor did not inform whether via phone call or email to state price was too high. If that information was provided we would have negotiated with them. With regards to work on chimney, again there was no communication via phone or email to state this was the issue. Had that been the case we would not have filed a complaint.   The fact 3 contractors who do this work refused is strange as my house is a two family like majority of houses in my area. 

      the communication is severely lacking as it took filing a complaint to be given this communication
