They called for a tow and when they got to my house the driver caused major damage to my house and my vehicle..they didn't even attempt to give me their insurance information the day of the accident and just got notified that they just purchased a policy thru progressive insurance as of June 2021 after my accident...they are responsible and I want my property fixedCustomer response

Your property was repaired by your insurance company ma'am, and your vehicle was repaired by my shop. As far as an insurance policy we have and had an active insurance policy. I happen to know someone that your kids knows personally and your daughter was bragging about how yall were about to get paid. When i cam over i took pics of the damage that wasn't caused by our malice your vehicle jumped out of gear when it wasn't touched by anyone and went thru your garage. Thats of no ones fault. We fixed your vehicle in good faith. As i said your homeowners insurance fixed your property. You are looking to capitalize off an unfortunate situation. You tore your tv off the wall etc we have pics proving the before and after damage and also we have not admitted to fault. Your homeowners insurance or whomever can call anytime and we will present all our evidence. I apologize for the unfortunate situation, but i cant let you just run over us because "you want to get paid" thank you have your homeowners company that repaired the home call us
