      This place a joke I have ordered parts from here before during their move to another location in *******, It took longer than expected to get the parts at which time the customer service lady was very rude and used a few choice curse words while explaining her frustration because of the moving situation, but the reason I get frustrated with them is they send me emails all the time offering discounts 10% to 30% I go to find some parts I need and every part I need says DISCOUNT EXEMPT or I put in a discount code thinking I will get 30% off, but no its more deception it says up to 30% off - KEY WORDS being UP TO not actually 30% off actually meaning 10 to 30%. This a lying deceiving company will not buy from them again.

      Less than one star! I called Year One, *** prior to placing an order to verify fitment for a one year only dash pad, The sales associate I originally spoke to was extremely helpful. At that time was told the lead time was 5/6 weeks, which was ok. I proceeded to place the order on line (Year Ones site) which verified the usually ships 5/6 weeks, that was on 3/5/2022. Yesterday afternoon 5/4/2022 I called to check on the status of the order and spoke to a sales associate only known as ***. He said he would call the vender and check on the status of my order while placing me on a brief hold. When he returned the line he said the venders lead time was an additional 3/4 months. Naturally hearing this was upsetting, at which point I asked what can he do for me in this situation (meaning did he have any way to expedite The Shipment Through the vender). At that point Toms tone and language changed to the point I had to ask to speak with his manager (****). At no time did *** use Vulgar Language. **** the manager was unavailable, and I was directed to a 17 year veteran to the company known only as ****. Immediately **** was confrontational , lacking any concern to the extended lead time given to me repeatedly Using the fraise "I don't care and I don't give a f@#$" along with other vulgar slangs. He also gave me two choices 1) cancel the F@#$ing order or 2) wait for the F@#$ing part, reiterating "He Didn't care! Hopefully the conversation was recorded as mentioned on the hold time dissertation to verify all that was stated in this review. I asked **** several times if **** was also his boss, finally and reluctantly, He said he was as he hung up on me. I tried several times yesterday to reach ****, but to no avail. Of course, I was disappointed and upset when I herd about the extended lead time However, at no point during the conversations (To either *** Or ****) did I use vulgar or demeaning language which warranted this type of response. Poor *****************
