We have paid and not received service for the past 2 months. The company makes excuses every time we talk to them and they have continued to collect payment without picking up our trash. We called and canceled service with them two weeks ago and they still took payment from our account and never came to pick up the trash or the can. Today they finally showed up and instead of taking the 2 months of trash that they were supposed to pick up, they dumped out the can on our lawn, took the can and drove off leaving all the trash.Initial Complaint

We started trash service with Sutton Sanitation at the end of December. They picked up fine for 2 months and then stopped the last week of February. I have sent messages repeatedly (can't get anyone to answer the phone) asking for them to remove their receptacle that has been sitting full of trash for 8 weeks now. We have had to weigh the lid down with concrete block to keep animals out after the 5th time we had to go gather the trash from our yard. I am sure that what is in the can is now a biohazard. Please make them come remove their receptacle and trash.Initial Complaint

Sutton Sanitation bought ************ Services, my previous trash service, in April 2021. My charges were correct until July, when they began charging me the quarterly amount monthly (I was charged $55 for July and August -I was not due again until September). I didn't notice this until September, when the prices changed. I called then because of the previous inaccurate charges and because they had overcharged me for the current payment- they charged for house pickup rather than curbside. At that time, I was assured they were correcting everything in the system so I would be charged quarterly and I would be refunded both the $110 and the $12 I was overcharged. I did receive the $110, but not the $12. I called again to remind them of this and got a message asking whether I would like a check or a credit to my account. I called and left a message (because nobody answers the phone) to credit my account. Then in October, I was again charged the quarterly amount, when I was not due again until December. I called again and left a message to cancel my service and refund me the amount they had once again wrongly charged. I got a text saying my account had been cancelled and my money would be refunded. I let them know again, that I still had not been refunded for the $12. I was promised for the third time that I would be refunded. On Monday 11/8/21, I realized my trash had not been picked up the previous 2 weeks. I sent a text, since they never answer the phone. I let them know it had not been picked up and that I was paid up through December (and, also, that I still hadn't gotten the $12). I got no reply, so I called and left a message. Again, no reply. Then I left a text with a picture of my 3 weeks worth of trash on 11/12 and still no reply. That day I also received a **** for October for the amount I had been refunded. Now I will have to pay to haul my 3 weeks worth of trash to the dump myself (and I have health problems that make that difficult).Customer response

I GOT THE LETTER IN THE MAIL FWD TO OUR PO FROM OLD ADDRESS, I HAVE CONTACTED ***** AND LET HER KNOW HER REFUND OF $12 FOR THE OVERRAGE CHARGE WILL BE MAILED TO HER TODAY 12/2/21
