      This place does less than good work and I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

      Apparently my complete original review didn't get published so I apologize that Mr. ***** apparently wasn't able to read the whole thing and apparently he doesn't remember the fiasco concerning my Acura MDX so I will try to highlight the situation here. I took my car in to have a small clanging noise checked and to verify if it needed motor mounts replaced. After two days in his shop I was called and told that three motor mounts were broken. I told the service writer, Barry, to replace them. He called me several days later to tell me that it was nearly ready. A little later he called me to tell me that the "technician" broke a transmission sensor while changing one of the mounts and they had ordered a new one from Acura. About four days later the sensor came in and they finished the job. I paid them for the work and didn't get my car until later. When I went to get my car and started it there was a caution light illuminated on the dash and this light was not on before I took it to this shop. I called Mr. ***** the next morning to tell him and took it back in. Mr. ***** insisted that the light was NOT on when the "technician" moved the car from the bay to the parking lot because if it had have been on the "technician" would have made note of that. I went directly to the "technician" and asked him if it was on when be moved the car and he said it was. Mr. ***** reset the light and sent me on my and made it quite clear that the light was not on. After getting my car back this time and driving it I noticed that it was shifting extremely hard. I took it to a different shop and they found a code set that flagged the transmission. This shop reset everything and now it seems to shift like it used to and like it should. Further I noticed the plastic panels under the front of the car were loose. Upon looking closer I discovered that the "technician" didn't even replace the screws he took out to change the motor mounts. One thing further, about two months earlier I had Mr. ***** replace a broken wheel lug bolt. The "technician" who did this job took THREE hours to complete and used an acetylene torch on the wheel while on the car and ruined the wheel bearing. Admittedly Mr. ***** replaced the wheel bearing at no charge to me but I had to bring the car back and wait a day to get it.
      So as far as I'm concerned this shop does not do quality work and I won't be going back there. If Mr. ***** would like to discuss this further, he has my number and I'll be glad to show him my repair invoices any time.
      I regret having to write a review like this but the whole thing cost me a lot of money and an extreme amount of time.
