On December 15th, my 14yo daughter had a 4pm hair appointment scheduled with ****** Unique *****. ****** contacted me around 230pm asking if I could arrive earlier. I informed her it would take me a little over an hour give or take. Not only did she request me to arrive early she also changed the location. When we arrived, I informed her I was outside and not even three seconds later, ******'s sister was at my window stating ****** was afraid to ask if I could run her to the store to retrieve the hair needed. I was lost for words, but I told her that would-be fine. Next, I see a SUV pulling out of the garage. It was ****** and her sister leaving. ****** called and stated she was running 4 mins up the street to get the hair. I said OK. Finally, after an hour and a half of waiting on this store run, she starts on my daughter's hair. The first loc she did was to my daughter's **** as requested on the phone. While waiting we held casual conversation and at this time ****** states she's never seen pink premade locs, but she creates them. I was confused because we held a very in-depth and detailed conversation about what I wanted before booking, mind you before the appointment could be booked, she required a $30 deposit to be paid online, but for some odd reason ****** said she would manually book the appointment and had me cash app her the money. Ok, 5 hours turned into 9 and a half hours. My daughter's hair was an absolute mess, not only that, but there was a total of 15 ppl in this house, marijuana being smoked and children running everywhere. This goes against everything stated on her website. She offered to fix the hair at my house but after I thought about it, that was a no! She gave another address and then switched it back to the address from the previous day. She also wanted me to go purchase hair that she supplies and hair that she messed up. I asked was she reimbursing me, and she said no. So now I'm out of $205 and her hair was not redone.
