I called said Professional on June 2nd 2024 approximately 1am because his ****** listing states he is 24/7. He then said he will come 1130am. I had a bat issue, during this call *********************** said he was able to remove said bats from the attic. When he arrived he spent a total of 6 hours at my house doing absolutely nothing. He went to the attic steps said he saw ******* droppings and bat tunnels. So I took his word for the ***** bats he claim to have seen. He then tells me he cant remove them because its against the law. Then he said he was going to create a one way valve for them to exit and unable to come back in and close three gaps with metal mesh. Before paying him i asked was the job completed. He said YES and that he would text to do a follow up to see if I saw them later on in the evening flying out. I saw NO bats at all. On June 4th I had terminix come out to do a follow up and they explained to me that *********************** did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING OF THE SORTS. And there are NO BATS AT ALL! When I called **************** he said I forget to tell you I was going to follow up my job wasnt done. I requested a refund and he told me no because his job was never finished. So he refused a refund and I will be filing a suit against him.
