My wife and I purchased a house in *******, ** that we were told had once had a rodent problem in the attic. The previous owner stated that they had paid Krazy Critter Removal of *******, ** some $1800 to remediate the problem in February of 2023. We were shown the contract by the previous owners and were told the problem was fixed. My wife, ********, and I found out otherwise when we started hearing animal scratching in our ceiling and walls when colder weather commenced in the fall of 2023. I called the company in mid December of 2023 complaining of a rodent infestation and they agreed to come look at the house. "*****" did come inspect the attic the last week of December. We sat in our kitchen and discussed what he found. He said he did find droppings and gaps in the house where rodents could enter and the company could come out and fix this for "about" $2000. At this time I realized he didn't know the house was still under contract, as it is valid for one year. When I told him, he seemed surprised. He asked to see the contract and I showed it to him. I commented that apparently the work he had charged the previous owners for had not been done. He had no comment. He agreed that the company would come back out and fix the problem. Since that time we have had three appointments with them to come back and truly fix the problem. They didn't show up for any appointment. They also won't answer or return my calls.Initial Complaint

A contract was signed to remediate squirrels for a home purchase. The work was never done. The roof line was not sealed the valleys over soffits were not sealed. Disinfection was not done as the contract states. The owner came by and snapped photos but did not do any work. Money was paid but he did not do any of the work stayed in the contract. He is not answering phone calls or texts and made an appointment on Wednesday afternoon 6/14/23 and never showed up to do the work. We would like a refund on the work.
