My name is ******************************* I am 18 years old. I was convinced by Peter and ********* at a company name partner driven to sign a document, I did not understand i was signing something to be bind to a $8500 loan against my credit making me responsible for paying $443 monthly. I did not receive funding, im assuming funds went to Peter and ********* with **************. The loan document was signed 7/13/23 we just got a note in mail from special financing. My mom explained to me what her thoughts of the document is and I did not realize I had taken out a $8500 loan. I reached out to ********* asking for funds to be returned to finance company but I was not successful. I was under the impression i was getting a real estate license but will work under these people at ************** and make 8k by flipping a House and pay the service fees to them along the way. I was sold on making lots of money immediately. I gave these people at ************** my checking account info. Im 18 and since I learned that a loan was in my name to pay for the service offered at ************** I explained to ********* that i want the funds returned to lender. Mom and I reached out to Peter explaining my age and request the the funds be returned to lender and Peter said text him he was in airport. Mom left Peter a voicemail and never heard back from him. When Peter was allegedly in airport the loan the loan document was only about 3 days signed. Mom and I called the finance company to ask them to request the funding back and close the loan but they gave us Peter number. I sent an email to ********* explaining Im 18 did not understand I that was signing a loan. ********* responded in email stating im not 18 she know me and who is this. In return mom responded from her email copying me letting ********* know that Im 18 and I had no clue what they had me to sign They refuse to refund the loan and send back to lender. They expect me to pay $443 monthly to cover $8500Initial Complaint

I was SCAMMED by one of PETER VEKSELMAN'S partners. He lied and told me I was getting the service where they do everything for you all you have to do is find the property. I was to pay $1000 down and $500 a month of the $15K the program costed. Of course he was to get a cut out of the $1000 I spent which is why he lied. Once I paid my non refundable $1000 I found out the program he said I was getting costed $65K. I had no way to pay the rest of the $15K beside finding houses they were supposed close for me which I discussed with him and he said I should be able to pay it off my first property in which I had a property to flip and sell that he claimed they would flip first. Well that turned out to be as much of a lie as the first one he told me to get my money. I spoke to a lady who said my home wasn't worth fixing and flipping so that was out. Then finding out the program he said I was getting was outta my budget in which I didn't authorize them to take $1000 out of my account so I can do all the work. My credit card company wouldn't do anything so the scammer PETER VEKSELMAN and his scam company got away with $1000 FREE and I never used their system. When I complained to support I never got a response. I was SCAMMED out of $1000 by PETER VEKSELMAN'S scam ***********************Initial Complaint

I have attempted on several occasions to get assistance with my issues regarding the trigger texting feature in the CRM. Only to be told to go back an watch the video. IT DOES NOT WORK. Below I have attached one of the 300+ texts which I have been charged for. It has felt like pulling teeth to get assistance, being told to go to a coach appointment then to be told go back to the CRM or support which both have been no help they then ref me back to a coaching appointment. Contract says - Support provided (Staffing support). I even added my personal phone number to the list to see why I was not getting any response, good, bad NOTHING! now I see why, they either don't go thru or its the wrong text campaign. Of course, it may be my fault buy who would know never using this system and no help figuring out why. Then the no ASSISTANCE after being a paid member just feels like a slap in the face. The idea was great but the actual process of how it works for us small pay members not so good.
