I ordered a vinyl for the hood of my Jeep XJ that costed $49.95 on Jan 30th. I have reached out to them several times via email (the only option they give) since with no response. On there website the order just says processing, and they have already taken my money, and there appears to be no way to refund or cancel. I just want my money back or to even hear from them, but the whole thing seems very sketch and at this point I just want my money back ...Initial Complaint

I ordered a custom decal on Sept. 13, 2021 for the amount of 103.08 CAD. I purchased it on their website and that's as far as it went. I had issues trying to reach the company on many occasions. After a few weeks of calling and emailing to get a response, Alpha vinyl reached out to ask me about what image i wanted. I sent them an image and waited a few days. Finally, I just asked for a refund and went elsewhere. I have been emailing almost everyday for the past 2 months, trying to get my money back. I informed them i don't have an order number, one was not issued, and they keep asking for one. I was told, due to covid, there was and issue at the beginning, that was the cause for the delay. I told them no need, I would like a refund. About a month ago they told me they cancelled my order and it should automatically refund my money in their system. I have not heard from them since, despite all the emails. No one answers their phone or their automated system.They deal solely in emails, if at all. All I want is my money back and to hope no one else gets scammed out of there money.Business response

The new owner explained the changing of ownership, and is taking the time to correct pasts mistakes. Happy with the outcome. Received a refund.
