I paid $30 to clean my $600 bracade comforter at Carraige Cleaners. When I picked it up on November 26, I wasn't told anything about the damage until I took it out at home. The fabric had bleed through turning my cream comforter to pink in multiple places. I brought it back and the lady knew it had happened, didn't even mention it when I had picked it up. If they knew they had ruined something, why wouldn't they tell me or ask to fix the problem before having me take it? They said they would only reimburse me $20, which I paid $30 to clean. They said it was the company where I bought the comforter from's fault and to call them. They didn't take any blame. I asked if they had insurance claims they could file for incidents like this. He said he didn't speak English at that point and to come back when his daughter was there.
