Amazing lash studio took 2 payments from my checking account just under $100.00 so i called them and told them to stop. They did stop. They said i could not have my money back it would be on as a credit. Today i called to ask if i could use the credit for my daughter's Christmas gift. They said my credit's expired. So this is my issue. They took my money and will not give it back or let me use it. There are no services rendered and there was nothing in the the terms and conditions last dated 2016Business response

Neither ***************************** nor her daughter have ever visited our location. Based on her account history, she has only ever been to two different ******* locations. I have attached a screen shot of her account.Initial Complaint

In January 2023, I tried calling Amazing Lash Studio multiple times to cancel my membership. I was told I would be receiving a ****** Docs form to complete for cancellation. I never received it. I kept calling and finally received the form on Jan. 22. I completed the form and then on Jan. 31st Amazing Lash studio deducted the $149 from my account. I continued to call seeking a refund for the next week and was told the manager wasnt there and they took a message. I then left to go out of the country for vacation on Feb.2. During our trip my debit card (same card as the one Amazing Lash had on file) was stolen. The bank immediately cancelled the card and issued a new card. When we came back from vacation I continued to reach out to get resolution. No return calls. I sent an email to the corporate email. The following day I received an email from *****************************, Studio Director, advising me that they are unable to refund due to the fact that my card on file has been frozen. I explained the situation with my card and gave my new card information along with my address for them to send a paper check if that was more convenient. ******** replied to tell me that they do not send paper checks and cant refund to a different card. She stated that I need to notify the bank and dispute the charges. After disputing charges, I was told by the bank that they would not refund my money due to the fact that I had approved the transactions in the past. It has now been 62 days since I cancelled my account and I have yet to receive resolution. I just want my money returned!Initial Complaint

Signed up for a monthly membership in July 2022 for $149 per month. Continued services until October 2022. Called in November to inquire about my membership as I was not in town to continue services. At that point in time I had 2 credits or 149 worth of services. My membership was frozen for 2 months, as I was not told about cancellation. In Jan 2023, I was charged another $149. I contacted the studio about a refund and cancelling my services. A form was sent to my email for cancellation, after submitting the form I was told I would be contacted to confirm. I called the studio about a week later because I didnt get a follow up. The studio director said they would not give me a refund on the 4 credits because I cancelled after the charges went through. This was not my impression throughout my experience, this is not directly stated in the membership form. Im unable to go in and get services completed.Business response
