I was to by an Amazon customer service representative that I could return an item bought by Caddyshack. I sent the item back and while in transit I was told by Caddyshack not send the item. (I did not see the email until the item was in transit there was nothing I could've done. ) I was also told by Caddyshack that I would not be refunded and they would forward back the item as they stated they would not accept delivery. This was not the case as they kept both refund and item. Also I know from previous experience if an item Is not returnable the label as wouldn't let you ship it to the seller Upon reaching out to Caddyshack for the returned item Caddyshack said they will not refund my money or return the item. Finally after Amazon got involved they want me to pay the shipping cost. They are doing to the consumer a term called double dipping, they are keeping the refund, they are keeping the returned item, and are trying to resell the item to another consumer. I am appalled at this kind of customer service. I have never seen this from a business. If they didn't want the item returned they could have refuse delivery and ReturnToShipper (RTS)Business response

I am rejecting this response because:I asked for the magnet back (after Amazon refunded me [they shouldn'thave to refund me])to prove the fact that I knew from the beginning. You had no intention of returning the magnet. (Confirmed) as I stated I did nothing wrong and spoke to an Amazon rep on the phone before I returned the magnet. I never once said it was defective (further if it was defective, how would you know since you claimed you never opened the package? [Liers]) your just a very judgmental low-life person.
You assumed I was trying to game an A to Z policy when I returned a product in a normal fashion. I had a family member in the hospital. (Whose reading spam emails from Amazon) you refunded one cent as a way to s#!$ on your customers. I've been with Amazon since 2009. This is the first time I've ever filed these complaints. I've been buying from Amazon long before you showed up with fascism. I hope BBB post this on there website so Buyers May *******
Your customer service is laced with suspicion and and assumed misconceptions. Your are judgmental and you are wrong in you assumed assumptions. Next you probably assumed I installed the magnet. SMFH??
