I needed some medical products for a family member that was not available in my country, and that is when I stumbled on the Med on the Go website, one of the only websites delivering to my home. I ordered the things that I needed and paid and waited for an order update, a few weeks passed by and no updates were sent about the shipment so I sent a few emails about the situation and got no responses, and suddenly out of the blue a payment was taken from my bank account that was the same amount of the order so I go to check my bank account and find that an amount of $198 was charged twice on different days, one on the day of the order ( December 17th) and another on January fifth, ****, so I proceeded to contact the bank and the Med on the go customer service and I was assured by the customer service agent that no shady business was going on and that my there was a supply issue that delayed my order. The bank on the other side was telling me it was a fraud issue and an investigation was put in place ( I have not received an answer on that yet ) I was put in an uncomfortable place where I did not know what to do with the situation because I was in dire need of the medical supplies. I was told by the Med on the go customer service agent that my order would be shipped the next day, it's been almost four days, and no update was sent. Not one of the emails I have sent in the past few days asking for an update on the shipment has been answered. Almost $400 was taken from my account and the ********************** supplies that my family member is in dire need of are nowhere to be foundInitial Complaint

I had placed an order with this company online for an in stock item, received a confirmation, and the following day received a cancellation email. No explanation for the cancellation was provided. The following day I received an email from the company with a link for the same item but in different color. The price was higher, but I decided to purchase it anyway. I received an item that did not match the website description. When contacted the company, I was promised a refund for the incorrect item. I offered to send the wrong item back, but the person I spoke with indicated that I should not. After a week of not having received the refund, I had called, left messages, and emailed the company inquiring about my refund. I received no response to any of my inquiries. Please, help resolve this issue.Thank you,*********************
