I have received extremely poor service and customer service with this company as well as being insulted. Please see my ****** review below and their unprofessional response. My 2pm update came AFTER their response:Poor communication regarding the cost of service. They would NOT provide a quote until all of our junk was on their truck. Not a great business model as I was quoted $150 over the phone vs. the $350 that I was charged. Typical Bait and Switch.UPDATE AS OF 2pm EST: thank you for the phone call and showing your lack of professionalism to the entire ****** world with your written response. Yes, I own 3 business, but that has NOTHING to do with my experience as a customer with your company. Lets recap the most recent event: you gave me a call, presumably with the intention to get me to change my review. After I explained my dissatisfaction, offered a suggestion to a new business model, and told you that I WOULD NOT change my review you response to me was oh so I see youre THAT kind of guy?!So what exactly does that mean sir? *** is this how you treat ALL of your customers or just select ones who do not agree to give you 5 stars when it is NOT warranted? I hope ANYONE who sees this review will go with an alternate company because you, sir, do NOT take constructive criticism well. Oh, and *** recorded our conversation so if anyone would like to reach out to me for validation of his rude behavior please feel free to contact me.Service: Junk removal Response from the owner:We only provide our $120 minimum cost over the phone. We do not provide estimates over phone. Upon arrival technicians gives Free on site No-obligation price. Once the price is agreed the technicians will begin to load your items. Payment is due before technicians leave. Job is complete. Sorry you didnt understand that process, you would think being an owner of 3 businesses you would understand with ease. Guess not!
