I paid $1500 for removal of pests and rats - neither happened. I had zero results. They caught nothing and both insects and rodents still dwell in my home. The efforts made by this company were *********** minimum and the customer service was unprofessional.Business response

I had hired NextGen Pest Solutions to perform their exclusion and trap plan. They came by initially and did some work to stop the rodents from entering the house and set some traps to capture the ones that were supposedly still inside. However, the traps were activated by the rodents. I called them and they came by to clean the traps. This happened multiple times. Whenever I smelled something, I needed to call them to take care of it. They never came until I called them. They just came to check the traps. Many times, they did not even freshen the bait. When I complained to them, they tried to do some more exclusion. It was obvious that their exclusion work was not complete. Everytime I call them to check the traps there is an animal captured so it is clear that they are still getting in I did not pay them that amount of money to just set traps in my house. I contracted with them to make sure that the rodents could not get into my house. That part is still not complete. Now, I am out all the money that I paid them and the problem still exists.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:The exclusion work was never completed. There are still rats in the house.
Even at the last trap check, a rat was found in the trap. They are still
getting inside the house. I don't think I should pay more for the completion of this job.
I already paid for the exclusion work. It was never completed. I think the existing contract
should extend till you all can complete the job. It is not my fault if the job is taking longer
