Innovative Plumbing came out to repair a water leak on the side of my driveway. A tree was taken down to access the pipe. Once the job was completed, I noticed my driveway lights were no longer working and professionally installed river rocks in a gully were missing on either side of my driveway (there is a drain pipe that goes under the driveway for drainage). Innovative staff came back out to correct the drainage issue and dug up the river rock that had been buried during the repair. The rocks were not put back like they were and have resulted in debris piling up and clogging the drain, resulting in water backing up in my yard. Once my electrician came out, he found that Innovative staff had run over and buried the junction box in the ground, which resulted in my driveway lights not working. The box and accompanying wire had to be repaired/replaced to get my driveway lights working again. Innovative was notified of the costly electrical repairs that were required to fix my driveway lights after their crew destroyed the junction box. After reaching out several times and sending a letter, I have had no response and they have yet to reimburse me. If their crew damages your property they may not answer your phone call, let alone fix the problem.Initial Complaint

Innovative Plumbing came to repair my sewer main (county sewer connection) and in the process damaged my water main and irrigation system. They fixed the water main on the same day but could not repair the irrigation system at that time. They promised to repair it later or reimburse me if I had it fixed by others. I paid them over $4000 for the sewer line repair and I only asked for $182 for the irrigation system. I have been promised (repeatedly) that they would bring a check by my house with no luck these promises have come via text message from the owner (***********************).
