            MR CLEAN DRAIN PLUMBING *** completed two installations of 2 water heaters on Friday 2/7//2024 and did not supply me with the invoices so i can submit them to the manufactures for warranty coverage. the cost of the tankless water was $679. 54 plus $200 in installation fees to AHS. i have asked the company times and AHS advised they are required to supply the invoices to the customer . they are aware that I need them to provide me with the invoices that include the make/model and serial numbers of each water. I have attached the dispatches work invoices showing the work from AHS website but these are not what the manufacture needs to submit for warranty registration

            They are good people. The earlier plumbing company hired by my home insurance flatly refused to fix my heater, saying it's a maintenance issue and not a qualified malfunction. This was in early ******* and I had kids at home. Mr. ********************** was sent by the insurance company for a 2nd opinion only. Mr. ********************** went the extra mile and not only did they diagnose the issue properly, but they also fixed the issue. It required a lot of time and some research on their part, but they were perseverant.
