I am not a paid actor. I just recently sold my house and ***** and ****** help me get thru this life changing decision. ****** responded to emails and calls she was helpful in ever step of the way. ***** got me to the right person to get my home sold before June and followed back with me after the home was sold. I wish i could show screenshot of proof but theses ladies were awesome and I really appreciate them.Review from Randall W

I did not want to list my property on the market due to personal reasons. This company really helped make it easy for me and gave me a reasonable cash offer with a quick close and allowed me the time I needed to get out of my situation and into a new home. We had a rather unique situation which required much time and effort from everyone involved. US property staff were friendly, professional, timely, and caring thrroighout the entire process which at times was challenging. The experience was so extremely easy. I had never dealt with buying or selling a house. I had to sell **************** and needed to do it quickly to move her in with me. From the first email to a check in hand was one month. The fact that they allowed us to leave everything we no longer wanted in the house and not have to deal with it was perfect. My experience was great!!! I was informed and updated through the whole process. The staff was the best, they made it a breeze. I really enjoyed working with everyone. All of my questions were answered, they responded to all of my phone in a prompt manner. They were really there for me. If I ever need this type of service again, they will be the one, no doubt.
