I bought a house 2 months ago and the previous owner had the roof replaced the day before we closed. I was fortunate enough to be able to be onsite when the roofers were installing the new roof. I got to know *******************, who was managing the crew that day and was blown away by his attention to detail and his desire and determination to do the best job he could on that roof. And that he did!!!I have never dealt with a contractor (roofing or any others) with the level of integrity as BulletRoof and ******************* and *************************, his partner.Having a good roof install is one thing, but having it done by someone who demands perfection from his crew, and demonstrates that himself, is a rare thing today.I would highly recommend BulletRoof and ******************* and ************************* when you need a new roof or roof repair. Amazing!!! We just completed a new roof to our home after having hail damage and so far we are very pleased with the work. ******************* and ************************* did a great job of communicating with us from start to finish. The crews were respectful and efficient. I would recommend them.

I will never recommend BulletROOF to anyone! We have owned our home for 18 years and never experienced water leakage in our kitchen until after BulletROOF replaced our roof in October 2021. Eight months after BulletROOF replaced our roof, we experienced water leakage in our kitchen from the roof which caused significant water damage to the wall above our kitchen cabinets. We immediately contacted BulletROOF and asked them to repair the damage they caused to our roof and the resultant water damage in our kitchen. For four months, BulletROOF gave us the run around and ultimately refused to accept responsibility for the damage they caused to our home and will not repair the water damage in our kitchen that resulted from their substandard roof replacement. BulletROOF went as far as to blame our builder! IF it were a builder issue, we would have experienced roof leaks long before BulletROOF replaced our roof. Again we DID NOT EXPERIENCE any roof leaks in our kitchen until AFTER BulletROOF replaced our roof.

Our experience was by one of the best home improvement projects we have ever experienced. And we should know, as we have owned this home for over 25 years. From the start ***** and ****** listened to us and guided us through all the facets of the project allowing us to make informed decisions on materials and applications.And as far as the performance of the installation crew, I'll repeat words from a previous customer: The install crew was super fast, efficient and cleaned EVERYTHING up (IN ONE DAY!)They arrived at 6:45 AM and the roof was clean by 10:00 AM. By 6:30 PM they had finished the install. At that point they took meticulous care to clean the site before leaving us with a beautiful new roof and the confidence that any issues that might pop up in the future would be handled with that same professionalism.We would, without reservation, recommend *****, ******, and Bullet Roofing to my friends and neighbors.

Words cannot describe the exceptional service I experienced with *********************, ************************* and *******************, the Dream Team! From consult to installation they have been on top of their game!We had some hail damage on our roof so we called Bullet Roof because they had installed our roof a little over 4 years ago. To be totally honest we did not have a great customer service experience when we called so we were getting ready to contact another company to get the estimate. Something said give them another try, so we did and was connected to ******. He and **** came to our property for the consult then we were introduced to Passionate *********************! ************** is very detail oriented and **** about his job and we loved that about him! We received updates and pictures during the entire process. Oh and the product is A-1! We made a smart decision by choosing BulletRoof for a second go around as long as they stay in business they will have ours!

From Day 1, Bullet Roof was top notch. We recently closed on the house and a new roof was a must. Ill start with communication. It is very frustrating when contractors dont return calls/e-mails/texts etc. ************************* and ******************* were on it from the start. ****** provided and extensive roof-top review by video and led us through the planning stages including shingle selection, flashing options (e.g. valley flashing). He also ran us through the exact layering system using his roof-in-a-bag. ***** then took over with coordinating the actual job. The roof squad (10+) arrived on schedule at 6:30 AM. Tarps were put down around the entire perimeter of the house and the old shingles were stripped by 10AM. There were then extensive repairs needed to the sub-roof. Bullet Roof has planned for 3 sheets of sub-roof total. Ours ended up needing 11 so they sent some of the crew out to procure the extra wood. The sub-roof repairs happened concurrently with the installation of the barrier (see red barrier in picture, this was around 11AM in the morning). The shingles started going on shortly after lunch on sections that had been completely repaired and prepped while another part of the crew started the cleanup process. The job was completely done by around 6PM. Debris on the roof was then blown off and the perimeter of the house was dragged by magnets to pick up nails. ***** then did a final inspection with me by video. He discovered a couple of siding issues on the chimney which he temporarily fixed by adding some flashing and sealant. The roof looks great and the craftsmanship was outstanding with a huge amount of attention to details (e.g. proper kick-outs to effectively direct water to gutters). Bullet roof may not be the most inexpensive option, but they arent the most expensive either. I would recommend Bullet Roof to anyone without hesitation. They know roofing and go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right.

I couldn't be more pleased. ***** and ****** were hands on from start to finish. The install crew was super fast, efficient and cleaned EVERYTHING up. At the end of job, the incredibly clean installation and how I was treated left me with a good feeling. I didn't feel like I was a transaction. Great job! Great people!
