      I purchased an item from Uniform Discount, was charged and have not received my purchase. I have called and left voicemails and sent emails with no response back.

      I ordered a lab coat from this company on April 24,2022. There has been no shipment or order update. I attempted to contact them 3 times on May 12, 2022 by phone and left messages which were not returned. I have sent multiple emails that were unanswered as well. I would like a refund.

      My debit card was charged for an item I never received on uniform discount.com Ive tried contacting them several times (emails and voicemail) Its been weeks since I placed the order and theres no response. Their website and phone number say they promise to respond within 2 hours during normal business days. The item was supposed to be shipped within 2-5 business days. I finally called my bank to dispute the charge. I was looking at reviews for this website and it seems everyone else is saying they never received their order

      I placed an order for a scrub uniform top online on 11/22/21 and the same day the money was deducted from my paypal account $30.98 under the name Uni-wear **** My order # is *********. I have tried contacting them by email under their support email address as well as calling them several times to check on the status of this order and have gotten no response.

      I purchased a lab coat on October 7, it is October 25 with no word from the company regarding backorders, late shipments, unavailability, nothing. I have tried calling and emailing multiple times without resolve. The purchase price plus shipping was withdrawn from my bank with no indication that the lab coat I purchased was backordered, discontinued, sold out, etc.. It is extremely bad business to state you will return calls within two hours when you don't return calls within days/weeks. I really wanted this lab coat with the ease of not having to iron EVERY day . At this rate I just want my money back and this site to be taken down for fraudulence considering this is obviously not the first instance of this happening now that I have looked on BBB. If the lab coat was not available, it should NOT have been advertised as available. It's only $30, but it is MY hard earned FRONT LINE COVID-19 $30 and I want it back or I WANT THE LAB COAT! You don't get to keep people's money and not give the desired goods in exchange, no free lunches requested or handed out. Rude comments to the customers here on this website? How dare you? Unacceptable behavior from a company who's providing a service for the medical field.

      I placed an order (#: XXXXXXXXX) on 9/26/21 and was charged on 9/27/21 for $39.90. The shipping policy on their website (uniformdiscount.com) states that "orders are processed and shipped in 1-4 business days," however I had not received any shipping information after I received my order confirmation on 9/26 so I had emailed Uniform Discount (*******@uniformdiscount.com) on 10/1/21 and 10/13/21 and called/left messages (XXX-XXX-XXXX) during normal business hours on 10/8/21, 10/11/21, and 10/13/21 to get an update on the estimated shipping date. However, I have not received any correspondence from the business even though the message when calling their number says the business " will return your call within 2 hours during our normal business hours Monday through Friday." In the email I had sent on 10/13/21, I had requested them to either give me a shipping update or to cancel my order. Based on the zero response, it seems that the business is fraudulent and I would like to get a refund.
