We were members of this establishment for a couple of years. On March 29, 2024 we were told that our cars couldn't go through the carwash anymore. We asked why and when did the "you can't go through because you have crossbars" rule go into effect. We were told since the start of the car wash. That day we told them that the family plan needed to be canceled and that we would no longer be paying for a service that we couldn't use. We were given a termination slip and were assured that the plan was canceled on both cars. They issues a refund in the amount of ***** since it was canceled a little into the month and we had used it numerous times that month without this "issue". On 4-27-24 our credit card was charged in the amount of *****. I called the location and you are forwarded to the main office with is in *************. The young lady that I spoke with said she couldn't give us a refund, she could only cancel the membership, which was canceled on 3-29 per our receip. I told the person that we have our slip and that the family plan was canceled and they could see that ***** has used the car wash and that I was intitled to a refund and the illegaly charged our credit card. We still have our paper showing the cancelation and the refund they gave us. That proof isn't enough for them and they just want to take from a customer when a service was caneled still.

On 3/30/24, I got a car wash using my debit card. The associate said "You can return as often as you'd like for the next month." I said, "For how much, because it is not that serious to me, I don't wash my care often?" He then, fraudulently said, "Oh, it is not any extra." This was a lie. He then said, I am going to put this sticker in your window and you can drive in on the other side for the next 30 days. The next day, I received a text asking for personal information. I did not acknowledge it because I felt like it was a plow to get me to sign up for the monthly service. On 4/29/24, I received a pending charge for $29.97 to my checking account. I immediately went to the Bethlehem Auto Spa and spoke with an agent. He listened to my concern and stated that he would cancel my account. The pending amount still was not addressed. He also asked about the agent I spoke with on 3/30/24. He asked if he was a tall blonde. I told him the guy was a heavy Hispanic guy. I asked why do they deliberately try to get folks to sign up for a monthly service. He then removed the unused sticker from my windshield and asked for my name. He also said he "Let people know they will receive a recurring charge".I am requesting a refund of the $29.97 because it was not authorized.I did speak with a rude customer service rep at ************** and she said the text outlined their service agreement and that the sticker in my windshield was a "verbal" agreement for the service. How is that possible? The agent took advantage of me via the sticker. It is a shameful that a business has to resort to this practice to gain business. If the text did state the agreement, I did not engage with it by providing personal information. I deleted it. But, because I used a debit card, the agent and the Tidal wave Auto Spa deceptively signed me up. I want a copy in writing of the agreement for atty purposes and I want the $29.97 refunded. The initial cost of my car wash was only $17. something.

I go to get my car washed in January for $30 and now I am getting charged $49.97 for carwashes I will not use because I have temporarily moved out of state for the next 2 years. After contacting the company at ************, I was told by ***** (last name refused) that their policy is not to issue refunds. She also refused to provide any other information to escalate my claim.

Purchased a monthly unlimited wash pass. The vendor wanted me to place a adhesive tag on my windshield which I did not agreed. The attendant asked me to give the tag back and canceled the membership and advised that I should get a refund. The attendant further offered a free car wash for the trouble. I never received the refund and when contacted the business the manager (****) said he was not going to give me a refund. Explained the situation and he told me that he was not in the business of giving out free car washes. I explained that I never asked for a complementary car wash and that all I wanted was my refund to which again said he will not give me my money back.

On Sunday 6/19, The top backlight on my vehicle was damaged Tidal Car Wash at ************************************************** location. During the wash after the soap & the huge brushes hit my car really hard and busted the backlight at the top in the rear. My car was in NEUTRAL the entire time so I couldn't do anything but watch the brushes & strong blowers continue to destroy the time. I was sooo ****** and told the employees and I wasn't even offered a refund for the $15 car wash and ended up damaging my car. *********************** is the site leader | ************ was too lazy to even call me to discuss. The first thing he said was the company is not neglibile because my car must've been damaged before I came WHICH IS A LIE. MY CAR HAS NEVER HAD AN ACCIDENT BEFORE NOR WAS IT DAMAGED BEFORE ARRIVING AT THIS LOCATION!! I filed a complaint with my insurance company and will fight for the $350 plus tax repairs that it is going to cost to fix my car. **** is so unprofessional and tried to tell me what happened when 1. he wasn't even there 2. the one of the sorry employees made me file out my contact information ONLY and said he will fill out the rest of the incident report so WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY PUT ON THERE. I am so ****** and plan to legally take action against Tidal Car Wash in order to get my car repaired.
