      To start, I am only giving this company one star becasue it won't let me leave a review with no stars, as it deserves!! I would definitely not recommend this company for school photos. They absolutely price ***** their ************** don't even know it until after the transaction has been closed. I took my daughter for her senior portraits because that is the company the school decided to go with this year. We were told that if we didn't use them, our child's photo wouldn't be in the yearbook. We were told to make the appt on their website. The website was not very user friendly. The cheapest rate I could find, because you had to pay to book, was $59 +tax. I later found out that they scheduled a day to go to the school, where you wouldn't be charged any fees. Once we went in for my daughters photo to be taken, they did the ***************** We went up front to finish up & they told us that we signed up for a formal photo & a headshot in the pkg we purchased. I didn't know that, as the website was not very clear. They told me that if we didn't stay to do those 2 poses or reschedule to come back, they couldn't close out my transaction because they couldn't downgrade the package. They pressured, actually forced me to take those photos or I couldn't get the **************** poses. That was $265. With that, she tells me that the cap/gown pose will not be released to me until closer to ***************** will charge me another fee of around $160 just for that pose. Please DO NOT use this company!! I have never in all my years of being in school myself or either of my children being in school have come across such a sneaky deceiving photo company!!

      The practices of this company are aggressive and predatory. Their website is confusing and setup to trick you into purchasing 'upsized' packages that imho are not worth the cost. I really hope the school system will consider contracting with a new company that has more integrity.

      My daughter's high school is using Cady for yearbook photos. Due to scheduling, we chose to just have al her senior pictures taken there and purchased the "Most Popular" session. It has been a horrible experience. The staff at our location were great but this company is horrible as a whole. 1) The contract does not state that the only wat to view your images is through a presentation. You have to have a presentation and you have to purchase through a presentation but if you want time to ******, you have to keep scheduling presentations to view images. This is not in the contract.2) Exact pricing and package options are not on the website. You are only given price ranges but aren't told exact packages and prices until after your pictures are taken. 3) You pay less per digital images if you only purchase the yearbook photos than if you purchase a large package. Ex: A friend purchased 5 yearbook images for $70- $14 an image. I will have to pay between $16-$20 per image. I should be paying the same per digital image as anyone else.4) The editing department completely changed the color of my daughters hair in her yearbook and cap/gown photos. There are three phases of editing yet no one noticed her hair went from blond to ****** in those images, even with other images to compare to. Which means, another presentation trip of an hour one way. 5) The way you are shown your images in studio doesn't even accurately reflect the actual color of the images. The screen is much more faded than the images so unless something is drastic you can't tell if the coloring is accurate.I had another issue as well but it was resolved. What bothers me the most is how sneaky they are by withholding information upfront and by charging different image rates for different people. This feels like I've been scammed.

      Scam!! Special moments should not be used to scam parents out of thousands of dollars. The set you up to pay foe studio time, take your seniors pictures, send you in a closed room to pitch you to spend $1,999.00!! They will not release any photo's and their lowest package is $200 for 1 pose and maybe 10 pictures 4 5x7 and remaining wallets!!! Robbery! When did schools make it okay to contracts scamming companies. Parents beware. Know before you go. And if you select Elite as I did please know they will kick your stuff out of the private dressing room because they over booked clients. Yes, you pay more for privacy but yep got kick out!! Proceed with caution parents!!

      I had ***** the whole time I was there . He was amazing . Every time there was something I didnt like he immediately fixed it , I didnt feel uncomfortable or anything . I loved everyone there but ***** was my fav.

      Thanks to ****** (manager), I had the best experience possible! Not only did she show genuine interest in taking the photos, but I could tell she truly loved her job! Every picture she adjusted my stance, head tilt, and overall position. After doing this for 15+ years, she put her all into my photos and I couldnt be more thankful! I would 100% recommend CADY to everyone! And make sure to check out the ******* location!!! Thank you again, ******!

      This place is a JOKE! Rip off! The website is confusing, the photographers are horrible. They just start snapping pictures without telling the kids their hair or clothes are messed up! The are just awful! The charged my credit card without authorization. Then LIED to me about what I was paying for at my son's retake appointment all to find out after paying over $400 already I still had to pay another $169 to get access to my son's cap and gown digital downloads. So, I have paid $569, and I have NO actual photographs. You can't pick from the proofs online because they have large letters "PROOFS" stamped all over their faces. The whole thing is a joke and a scam! I haven't been able to get decent school pictures since my kid's school started using CADY. I hate them! And they DO NOT CARE!

      Another victim of the Cady senior photo scam. Pictures are horrible. Photographers are amateurs. But what really gets me is you cannot go outside of this company and get your own photos because they don't be in the yearbook. I have no doubt that schools are getting a cut of this money. I have already spent $300 and haven't even ordered any cap and gown or other photos. You can only order packages, no individual prints. Complain to your school districts who hire this scam company.

      Terrible. One would think that a professional portrait studio could produce photos that are in focus and not overexposed. Um, no. Not CADY. I dont know why the schools in my area continue to use them. I wouldnt have used them at all if the school hadnt made ** use them for my sons yearbook picture. They SUCK! At least the one in *******, ** does. Theyre way overpriced and produce subpar images. They want an ungodly amount of money for blurry, overexposed pictures that they then want to charge even more to edit. They dont know how to properly do that either.

      I was just charged ****** by Cady. I gave them my card information over 3 months ago and agreed to have ***** charged to my card. So apparently they sent photos to me that I was supposed to send back if I didn't want to be charged 235. 39. I had ****** in my bank account to last me until my next payday in 8 days and I now have ****** in my bank account. I'm literally in tears here. I believe they do this ON PURPOSE to deceive people and charge them without their knowledge. I now have to wait for an envelope to return the unwanted photos. So what did the ***** include? I'm very upset. I am extremely responsible with my spending and would never give my card information to a fraudulent company that sneaks in extra charges without my knowledge. They KNOW what they are doing and I'm LIVID. I want to start a class action lawsuit against this company. I never received any correspondence via email about the photos they sent and the charge literally 3 months after my initial charge of *****.
