Not sure how this business is rated an A? What is that based on?I have been fighting with this company for almost 2 months now. My partner has sent multiple emails to them about trees that are dead and a liability in the ********** neighborhood along our fence line (********** is behind my fence line) and for weeks they just ignored us. They are d*** near impossible to get ahold of on the phone at their listed number on the website.After two weeks, a strange man showed up in my back yard (no knocking, no introduction, went through a locked gate) and to my surprise when I went to question who the heck he was and why was he in my yard, he stated he was with a tree service I hired (which I did not hire a tree service). After sending a very nasty email to All in One AGAIN, I finally got in contact with *************************, who is their assigned "Community Association Manager" who called me to let me know he has not been the manager for some time and couldn't help me (so why is he still today listed on the website? The world may never know). I was finally put into contact with a woman named ****** who was very nice in our initial call and apologetic of the stranger ILLEGALLY entering my property. She said they would set up a consult with a new company ASAP.HOWEVER it's been a month and a half, I've texted with ****** multiple times, and she has put me off stating they are "still waiting for the landscapers quote." What landscape company has ever taken almost 2 months to get a quote? ****** also stated "we have had a few is*** with the landscapers lately." Um, you said you would be sending out a totally new tree service company, so this should not matter. Now, I am having to spend money to have an arborist come out to assess the trees so I can *** this company when the trees inevitably fall due to their blatant negligence. This is exactly why everyone hates HOAs, see you in court.All In One Community Management, Inc. Response

I understand your frustration that this situation has not been resolved as quickly as you expected. The *** manager is working with tree experts to identify the issue and make recommendations to the Board. They are the opposite of everything their website says. Unresponsive and unprofessional.BUT they will surely collect that HOA fee and send incorrect pictures. I am still waiting a response from my email and call days ago.All In One Community Management, Inc. Response

I see an email was received from owner on June 11th, yesterday, which was responded the same day that we are looking into the situations.We found out that ******* was digging but did not inform the *** or Management company prior to beginning so unfortunately we were unable to notify neighbors. The *** pool is closed due to connectivity issues with the gate system. We have the Association manager, gate company, and phone companies all working to get this resolved. An email blast will be sent out soon to update homeowners. We apologize for inconvenience and are working diligently with all involved to get the pool open.Review from Wm. R

This company is a bad joke! I'm looking at a Nearly $1000 fine for oil on my driveway. I had it professionally pressure washed, but they want me to replace it- to the tune of $4000. I would rather apply the $1000 in fines to the overall cost of fixing the problem, but these "people" are vultures. Can't wait to vote them OUT!All In One Community Management, Inc. Response

There must be a misunderstanding, the *** has no expectation for the driveway to be replaced only the oil stains to be cleaned. The *** manager will be emailing you directly with further suggestions to resolve this issue.Review from Tammy M

It is next to impossible to speak with anyone. I can't even get a response back from emails. They are the worst. They don't even deserve this one star. On a scale **** 10 being the worst. They are a 10 all day long.Review from Shaquita B

This company absolutely sucks! They continue to fine people for things that they have already fixed. They sent ppl out who sit in their cars and take pics of ppls homes with a horrible camera view.Review from Scott B

I am giving them a 1 star as it is very hard to get answers to valid questions. They do respond on occasion. But that is not a norm. I am documenting the lack of response from them so I have proof. The Brookstone 2 HOA is on the same page, but I get nothing from them.Review from AUSTIN W.

All in worst property mangement company to work with. I've never thought I would need to research the management company the HOA hires before buying a house. All of the reviews are true. If you value your community don't hire these people. Currently moving to get them removed from our HOA and get them replaced.All In One Community Management, Inc. Response

Living in a condo association is different than some expect. There are rules and regulations that must be followed and the management company has to enforce on behalf of the Board and the Association. All In One is an extremely unprofessional company. Any time I've had to deal with them, they've been dismissive and always seem to have a reason why they aren't responsible. We will Email them to tell them that we've corrected a deficiency within the 10 days their letters say we have, but they will always tell us that they will check again in 45 days. This is not in line with our HOA governing documents. If they give 10 days to correct a deficiency, they should be checking again at the end of those 10 days. Most of the time, we don't get a timely response to our Emails, sometimes waiting up to 45 days. That isn't a function of our HOA Board. That is absolutely All In One Management. I don't understand how this company can have an A+ rating with a customer rating of 1.5 stars.
