My minor child was enrolled at Willows Planet Daycare LLC from Novemeber 2021 - Feburary 2022. I received CAPS during the enrollement period and I was overcharged by Willows Planet. COVID CAPS paid for the full daycare rate AND registration fee. After I attempted to collect the amount of $683.00 from overpayment ******'s Planet stated that they mailed a check to a unknown address and they will not resend funds. I have attempted to speak with the owner *************************** and have been left in limbo. My child was verbally assaulted by a employee at this facility, and it has been social media exposure. so note that there is a malicious undertone from Willows Planet Daycare LLC.Business response

Please see my response to the false allegations brought forth by *********************
I would like to acknowledge that ******************** was entitled to a refund that we did attempt to send her twice. The refund amount she has stated is false. ******************** made her first payment to ******'s Planet Daycare & Academy on November 29, 2021. This did include enrollment fee charges, a key card deposit and first week of tuition it is our policy that a parent does pay all fees, until the **** program funds do kick in and at that point, we do reimburse the families for any duplicate charges. The **** program payments officially began for the service week of 12/13/2021. They did not offer any back payment fees for weeks prior. Therefore ******************** would have been responsible for all weeks of care leading up to the week of 12/13/2021. Which would have been $185 for the week beginning 11/29, and $185 for the week beginning 12/6. There was an additional late fee charge for pickup in the amount of $27 plus the keycard deposit, totaling $407. We did offer to pay ******************** the balance and were never given a correct address. We did send a check via certified mail to her address listed on her child's enrollment packet, it came back to ** undeliverable. We then proceeded to send another check via certified mail to the address listed on her government identification card, it also came back undeliverable. The last time I spoke with ********************, I called on September 9, 2021at 9:27am she ended the call by stating she did not want to give me her address, that she would prefer to seek litigation and hung up the line.We have made every effort to rectify this situation however, the ongoing harassment has lead to ** filing police reports as well as contacting a lawyer. I would also like to add, that is no evidence regarding the fact "that her child was verbally assaulted" we do not operate our business that way and would never stand for that.
