I hired hire Arecott Construction to repair my driveway from damages done by Yellowstone landscaping which is a landscaping company contracted through the state of ******* to cut ride of ways on state highways. Yellowstone paid ******** to perform the work of ******* on June 8, 2021 to repair my concrete driveway. ******* had a subcontractor to perform the work ************* and investments LLC. ************* and investments LLC filed a lien on my property due to Arecott not paying them. I had to pay ******* to AV Investments LLC to lift the lien from my property which I paid through AV Investments attorney at The Law Offices of *********************. I called arecott construction to tell them there was a lien placed on my property due to them not paying their subcontractor that performed the work and they informed me that they would take care of getting the lien lifted but never heard from them again. Arecott claims that they were not happy with the work that subcontractor AV investments performed. Thats why they didnt pay them according to Arecott. The work performed by the subcontractor AV investments looked great I was happy with it. Its just terrible that Arecott does not pay their subs and it falls back on the homeowners.
