I have attached instructions on how to install the flooring I bought on their ****** reviews. This is the manufacturer's instructions. They did none of it. This is a scam so he can come back and tell you you have moisture damage; homeowners insurance will pay for it. He gets to come back out and redo your floor because you don't realize you have a moisture problem because they didn't prepare the floor properly. I asked, aren't you suppose to put down a barrier. ***** flipped over the plank and said it comes with it's own! Not what the manufacturer says. That rubber cushioning produces sweat when laid bare on concrete.If anyone else has been done this way contact me so we can fight against this together. I'm going to stop him from doing this to anyone else. I spent $4000 and I'm refusing to pay the balance on my credit card. I just can't allow this. He calls himself a pastor!They skimp on the materials. First my flooring was put on a slab with no barrier even though the old flooring had one. Even though Legendary Floors states they are to do a moisture test first they did not. Depending on that moisture test results they should have put down a barrier or not put the flooring in. Now six months later my $4000 floor is buckling up everywhere. They told me to file a claim with my homeowners insurance!!None of this is covered under the manufacturer's 10-year warranty on the flooring because it's considered subflooring moisture. Concrete will always sweat and always have moisture. Other companies that I've had come out all tell me the same thing he screwed me. It's standard to put in a barrier on concrete because it sweats.I was scared to death the whole time they were here because the lead guy looked like he was doing Coke or meth and the other guy looked like a big ******. But at any rate they do subpar work and skimp on materials you think you're getting a good deal but you're not because now I have to rip this flooring up and do it again
