    On 7/10/24 I went to buy two bedside tables for my son (19) who is a new husband and dad. He found what he wanted, I came prepared to pay in full. The associate, ******, asked if I'd be interested in their 90 days same as cash. I said sure as long as there are no fees involved. She assured me there weren't. She said the finance **** requires $49 down but it goes towards the purchase price. Great! I asked again, are you positive there are no fees? No early pay off fees? Bc I intend to pay the balance due when my first payment is due. She said nope! No fees. I said great! Total PP was $488.32. I paid an additional $188.32 to the store, leaving me with a balance of $251. I asked AGAIN, so no fees and my balance due is $251. She said yes. She explained that if I didn't pay it off in the 90 days, I would start paying interest but no other fees. She told me that my payments would be broken up into 12 small payments and the finance **** would text me on my due date with the amount they were deducting from my bank account. She told me to call them on the due date and tell them you want to pay more to fall in line with the 90 days. Not a problem. Well today, 8/7/24 was my due date. I got the text stating $28.40 was being debited. I called the finance **** (***********), they found my account and I told them I wanted to pay the balance due. They said it was $391. I told them what I've told you and they said the $49 was a fee to finance and there's a $99 early pay off fee. No resolution on that call so I went to the store. They were no help either, so here I am. My son was with me that day and heard exactly what I heard. I was prepared to pay in full on 7/10, why would I just throw almost $200 away?? I wouldn't. Nobody would. Also, I didn't receive a contract from the finance **** until TODAY when I called them. Please help make this right. All I want is to pay $488 as agreed upon for the tables. I have already paid $265.72 and they are wanting another $391.

    This claim has been resolved. Unfortunately the manager was not in when the customer called, but she was able to address this issue as soon as she came in. We encourage our customers to contact the store directly to resolve issues instead of leaving reviews with BBB.

    We ordered a bedroom set. It was not assembled correctly missing screws and Support leg, which resulted in additional support legs breaking. When contacted the business the wait time was three weeks which resulted in me buying my own equipment needed to secure the bed

    Hello! It looks like this bed shipped from the manufacturer with some missing or defective parts. We are very sorry this has happened. The parts were ordered and scheduled to ship directly to the customer to fix the issue. If there was a delay, I apologize for that. We would be happy to work out a loaner bed while we wait for the parts, you would just need to work directly with the store for that. As for any other issues with the bed, you will need to work directly with the store for that and someone will be happy to help assist you promptly. Going via third party review sites is not the quickest way to resolve any issues. Please call the store directly to discuss this issues, open today at 10am.

    I didnt receive all my order then I called the lady told me she will call me in the morning. Didnt get a call so I called them and she going to tell me I cant get my order until a week later not I will bring them tomorrow all about they not in my area until next Monday. Like it was my fault for their mistake. Then told me I can pickup the items and I will not be refunded for my trip fee and the assembly fees I already been charged for in my order.

    On 9/20 we delivered multiple pieces to this customer and our driver made an error and left a piece off of the truck when loading (cocktail table) The customer called the store on 9/21 demanding it be delivered on 9/21 and sadly we did not have a truck in her area on 9/21.

    Before the customer left this review with ********************, we told her that she could pickup the item if she needs it today (9/21) or that we would have our driver bring it back to her this weekend. We told the consumer that someone will reach out tomorrow (9/22) to let her know a time for someone to bring the missing piece.

    While we do understand it is frustrating that something was left off of the initial delivery, it was a simple mistake on our drivers part and was not done intentionally. We have told the consumer the problem will be fixed promptly. The consumer should contact the store directly for further communication, and we will be reaching out to her as promised to fix this issue.

    This is a complaint regarding The Unique Pieces Furniture and Mattress Address: ********************************************************************************** Phone Number: ************ On April 1, 2023, *********************, and ******************* went to The Unique Piece Furniture Store to purchase a king-size ********. The ******** on display is what we decided we wanted, therefore we purchased a new ******** of the same level of firmness. The ******** was delivered on April 3, 2023. The ******** we received was not as we ordered. It did not feel the same as the one displayed. The delivery men told us it would take 4-6 hours to inflate, however, the ******** has never inflated. We are requesting a full refund for the ********. The total cost is $2,351.86 (this price includes the king ******** and adjustable base.)

    Hello! The customer purchased a mattresses and a display model adjustable base and it was delivered promptly. The customer then stated that the mattress was not a soft as the display model in store, so we advised them that it will need to break in. The customer still insisted that the mattress was too firm, so we picked up the mattress for a full refund. The customer also returned the adjustable base they purchased as they advised us it did not work with their bed. This merchandise has been picked up and this complaint it closed. Thank you!

    I WENT TO THIS PLACE UNIQUE FURNITURE AFTHER I SEE A COMMERCIAL ON TV SAYING THEY HAVING A GREAT CHRISTMAS SALE. SO I WENT AND PURCHASE OVER TEN THOUSAND ******.... DOLLARS OF FURNITURE AND WHAT A DISASTER WHEN THEY DELIVER THE FURNITURE THE GUYS WHO DELIVER THE FURNITURE TAKE PICTUERS AND SEND IT TO THE COMPANY AND YES THEY CALL ME AND ASK ME IF I WANT IT TO BEE REPLACE OR GET A DISCOUNT AND I SAY REPLACE AND THAT WAS IN DECEMBER AND UPTO TODAY NOTHING HAVEN'T DONE SO I AM ASKING FOR A REFUND BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD BECAUSE I CAN'T TRUST THEM

    All items that had defects at delivery have been replaced for the customer except a bed side rail. We shipped a new side rail to the customer and they attempted to unbox/install it themself and it got scratched or damaged. Because of that we have ordered a new side rail to ship to them and it should ship to them soon. We will be able to install that piece once they receive it. We are unable to do a full refund on the furniture purchased as it is outside of our return policy, AND our policy states that if a piece arrives with a defect we will offer a discount, repair or replacement on the item, NOT a return. If the customer has any other issue that the store is not aware of, they should contact the store to discuss any issue as their items came with a 1 year manufacturers warranty and we will be happy to help!

    Our store manager called to talk to the customer to see what this complaint is about as we thought all issues had been resolved. We looked over our records and verified his defective pieces have already been replaced and checked the tracking # and his new bed rail has been delivered to his home. We advised the customer that once he received the new bed rail, he would need to call the store so we can come install it. He told the manager he received the new rail (over a week ago) but he has not called to schedule install with us. The manager spoke to the customer about that and asked him why would he write this review and he told the store manager something along the lines of he had to do something to get the stores attention. We let the customer know it is wrong for him to post this review on this site when all he had to do was call the store to schedule the installation or which any other issues he may have as the store is more than happy to assist. The customer has all items that were purchased and paid for, including the side rail. We are more than happy to provide images and screenshots of our work and the delivered items, and our text message/recorded phone call history if needed to verify everything has been completed. This complaint is resolved on our end.

    I am rejecting this response because: for the bed rail has been sitting in my for more than a month they send two guys to deliver the furnitures that was damaged and i ask the guys did anyone told them about the bed rail they say no and it has been sitting there for that long i call they was going to send somebody nobody showed up so what the manager is saying that is a lie yes she call after i post that message and i never ???? tell her that is to get their attention we talk and she still didnt ask or tell me when can they come
